In 1983 Mr. Sikora joined Hydril Canadian Corporation a subsidiary of an international oil well service company based in Houston Texas as a sales and service representative. Over a four-year career, Mr. Sikora supervised drill floor operations on locations throughout Canada and the United States in the high Arctic and offshore Newfoundland and Nova Scotia. Mr. Sikora complete, offshore safety, offshore survival and oilfield firefighting courses Mr. Sikora became Hydril Canadian tubular sales and service manager from 1985 to 1987 and completed an extensive in-house sales and management training program at Hydril Technology Center Houston.
In 1987, upon completion of the Canadian securities course Mr. Sikora joined the equities brokerage business with McNeil Mantha, Mr. Sikora joined Nesbitt Thompson’s Edmonton office shortly thereafter, and over the following three years Mr. Sikora became a licensed commodities broker and options broker in addition to providing equities trading for his client base.
In 1990, Mr. Sikora left the brokerage industry to pursue a career in public company finance and consulting. Over 15 years, Mr. Sikora has worked with numerous public companies, providing financing from US, Canadian and European sources in addition to guiding management decision-making on mining projects all over the world. In 2005 Mr. Sikora became president of Primecap Resources Inc. a private company seeking exploration projects in Colombia.
Julio De Leon (MBA CPA, CMA, CFM)

Julio attended Bernard Baruch College (a unit of the City University of New York), where he received his Bachelor in Business Administration in 1980. He received his Master in Business Administration from the University of Miami in 1984. Mr. De Leon obtained his C.P.A. Certificate from the State of Florida Board of Accountancy in 1984. He has also obtained the designation of Certified Management Accountant and Certified in Financial Management from the Institute of Management Accountants.
Following his graduation from Bernard Baruch, he moved to Florida accepting a position with a publicly listed real state Company where he attained the position of accounting manager. At this Company he worked on Securities and Exchange filings, complex accounting issues, and audit compliance with the international accounting firm auditing the company.
Mr. De Leon entered public practice in 1999 helping clients prepare their accounting records to comply with SEC regulations and performing re-engineering services. In 2000 Julio joined a regional accounting firm as the audit manager for the firm conducting audits of SEC clients in the U.S. and South America. Julio was recruited in 2001 by a national accounting firm as a senior manager in charge of the firm's SEC clients. During this tenure, Julio performed SEC engagements with companies located in the U.S., Singapore, Canada, and England.
Affiliations with professional and civic organizations have been an important factor in his career. Julio has been the past president of the Institute of Management Accountants - Miami Chapter. He is a member of the AICPA, FICPA, Institute of Management Accountants, and the Association of Fraud Examiners.

In letzter Zeit hat ein schlauer Fuchs einige Millionen Aktien innerhalb von einer Woche gekauft, die er jetzt vergeblich zu verkaufen versucht...
Falls du das liest: Die Anzahl, die du loswerden willst, ist für einen Pennystock viel zu hoch - > Kein rational denkender Mensch wird sofort 3000 Euro für dieses Papier ausgeben wollen und dir damit deine 1 Million Aktien zu 0,003 Euro abkaufen.
Der Betrag ist einfach zu hoch!
Aber die Erkenntnis kommt bekanntlich mit der Zeit...

...gegen null, aber der Brief bleibt seit Wochen bei 0,005€.
Ist schon heftig, zumal tao in Amerika für deutlich weniger zu bekommen ist. meine bleiben noch 10 monate im depot und dann schauen wir mal. die ersten unzen, sollten ja ungefähr? am ende des ersten quartals gehoben sein. und wenn es noch 2 monate länger dauert, dann dauert es eben 2 monate länger.
die bauen ja schliesslich kein carport, sondern eine mine - da kanns schon mal länger dauern. auch wenn die technik auf den bildern der homepage teilweise nach carport aussieht ;-) in kolumbien ticken die uhren eben anders,da gehts auch mit teilweise gebrauchtem equipment noch voran.
und das ist auch für andere/grössere produzenten nichts besonders ungewöhnliches.
@achtung: ich sehe eigentlich kein riesenangebot, wo guckst du denn?

Naja, ich schau täglich vorbei und die letzten zwei Wochen war das Angebot bei 0,003 Cent mit einem Volumen von 1000000 Stück. Erst in der letzten Woche ist das Angebot auf 0,005 mit 100000 Stück gegangen.
Bei dieser Aktie ist eine Million zu viel am Stück...noch zumindest...kann sich ja alles schnell ändern...

ist doch nicht unverschämt für einen produzenten.
aber ertmal muss mein abgeltungsfreies jahr um sein - und der kurs oben.
jetzt sind wohl erstmal ein paar wochen - monate pause angesagt.

vielleicht sollte man denen einfach 10 % der einnahmen in die hand drücken
und sich dafür von denen bewachen lassen.

announces that due to security concerns at the El Colmillo Gold Mine, it has temporarily suspended further mining operations. Dieses Problem hatte ich bereits vor Monaten im Auge, daher auch nicht eingestiegen :)

und ein dutzend revolverhelden, wird wohl kaum eine mine übernehmen geschweige denn habe sie ahnung von der sache.
die machen ein bisschen alarm, erpressen sich ihr schutzgeld und kommen alle 4 wochen mal vorbei.
schlimm genug, aber das aus für tao - bestimmt nicht.
solche aktionen gibts auf der ganzen welt - jeden tag und immer wieder.
Nun, das ist die Darstellung von Tao, wie die Shareholder es sehen sollen.
Ich denke nicht, dass es die Firma nur annährend so gibt, wie sie dargestellt wird.
Ausserdem ist die Guerilla kaum so blöd an der Tür eines Unternehmens anzuklopfen, welches noch kein Gramm offiziell gefördert hat. Das ist nur eine Verarschung der Shareholder.
Sikora liegt bestimmt grade irgendwo im Steuerparadies am Strand und lacht sich eins ins Fäustchen, weil es ihm erneut gelungen ist den Investoren das Geld abzuknüpfen und das noch im Rahmen der Gesetze :)
Im Übersee ist das Papier heute jedenfalls kräftig unter Druck, weil die Investoren, meiner Meinung nach, den Witz nicht glauben, den Tao hier veröffentlicht hat.
Herr Van Damme kann Sikora selbst nicht einmal erreichen, geschweige denn irgendwelche Shareholderinteressen durchsetzen.
Steckt euer Geld lieber in solide Unternehmen, die sind momentan ja nahezu auf Pennystock-Niveau :D ...
...aber letztens noch anders angehört. wirst doch wohl nicht nervös, oder?

Brennen dir die Aktien unter dem Hintern. Entspann dich und vergiss den Posten in deinem Portfolio für ein, zwei Jahre. Das Unternehmen ist gerade dabei die Produktion hochzufahren. Bis jetzt ist ein Berg Schulden wettzumachen. Sollten die durchgeführten Bodenanalysen physische Werte annehmen, so wird das Papier auch ohne einen Push klettern. Des Weiteren würde ich mir Gedanken über Guerillas, Mafia und Korruption in Kolumbien machen. Well, one thing for sure, Mr. Silora is NOT going to change. His communication style has been this way since the beginning - virtually NIL - even when his IR department resigns he still does not have the courtesy to even try to make contact and offer thanks for a job greatly done with almost nothing to work with.
So you guys contact him yourself since he isn't probably going to be any different than he ever was. Miraculously, he responded to my email not too long ago so here you go...
