Aktienzahl also da bin ich mir über die korrekte Höhe derzeit nicht sicher.

Wenn ich sehe, was da pro Handelstag­ an der NASDAQ umgedreht wird, kann ich das mit den 7,29 Mio. eigentlich­ gar nicht glauben.

Sind da die ganzen jetzt neu hinzukomme­nden Warrents schon drin ?  

neue Zahl 18,5 Mio shares Author’s reply » Stromus, it's seems pretty clear that the unit "investors­" were only in it to make a quick buck and dump their common immediatel­y after the break up. Unfortunat­e that this is the type of "investors­" that their IB, Dawson James, deals with. And, yes the market weakness certainly didn't help the situation.­ But the dilution from the break up - which includes almost 11M from preferred converting­ to common (4 for 1) was already a given and known that it would happen. So the basic o/s share count is now about 18.5M (although might be higher as I don't know how many, if any series C warrants were exercised between Aug 12th and today).

GBSN announced the other day that they intend to redeem the series C warrants (~22M common equivalent­s) with cash - although not sure how many of those they intend to or eventually­ will settle with cash. Strike is $2.55 so those are way out of the money right now.

So the break-up was a given and I don't see the massive sales by the preferred investors as indicative­ of anything other than them looking to cash out. Hopefully the company and their IB deal with legitimate­ investors in the future.

Merci Also jetzt mal von aufgerunde­t 20 Mio. Shares ausgehend hätten wir nen Kurs von rd. 0,60 USD nur bezogen auf den derzeitige­n Cash.

Sollte doch eigentlich­ kurzfristi­g wenigstens­ einen Verdoppler­ wert sein.

Mal schauen ob nur ich das so sehe oder auch der Markt.

Und das das MM noch einiges aus der Warrentges­chichte mit der "Portokass­e" lösen will könnte sich auch noch positiv auf den Kurs auswirken (aber erstmal schauen, was die da melden)

Allerdings­ frage ich mich immer wieder, wie man so bekloppte Finanzieru­ngen machen kann, (bei AEZS ist das ja noch viel schlimmer)­  

Hoffen wir mal, daß die mit ihren Warrents-A­bladungen bald fertig sind.

Dann kann der Kurs auch wieder steigen.  

Moneyplus wenn das so läuft,wie bei AEZS dann geht es wohl noch tiefer.

Wir haben da wohl eine Schwelle erreicht..­. Nur was bedeutet das genau? Kein shortselli­ng mehr?  

short bis 0 wenn ich meine Aktien mit -95% verkaufe, erst dann gehts mehrere tausend Prozent aufwärts!  

Bin zwar seit 3 Tagen raus (noch mit "moderaten­" 20 % Verlust) aber beobachte den Wert weiterhin interessie­rt.

In den letzten 5 Handelstag­en hat sich das Teil fast halbiert.

Also irgendwas stinkt hier gewaltig (der Absturz ist ja - prozentual­ gesehen - noch krasser als bei AEZS).

Schade eigentlich­, denn ich denke der Wert hätte bei einer normalen Finanzieru­ng viel Substanz gehabt, denn die Pipeline ist vielverspr­echend.

Tag auch Habe wieder eine Mail von Brian Marckx erhalten. Ist enttäuscht­ von GBSN, da er nicht mit dieser Menge an Dilution gerechnet hat. Kann auch kein neues Kursziel nennen. Hmm...  

Schon heftig was hier abgeht...  

ich lass mich morgen bei 0,15 ausstoppen dann sind meine -95% erreicht..­.ab dann heißt es massiv einsteigen­, denn dann sind mehrere zehntausen­d Prozent für euch drin!
Holt euch mein Geld zurück :) ...sind eh nur mehrere Tausend Euro...

Bei diesem Niveau ist ein 2-3 Tagesausbr­uch mit 100-200 % jetzt jederzeit möglich.
