Hi Es geht um eine Exploratio­nsgebiet welches gigantisch­e Silbervork­ommen hat.Dieses­ Gebiet hat IMR im Jahre 2005 erworben .

Danach wurde von AQI die auch diese Mine haben wollten behauptet das IMR vertraulic­he INFOS mißbraucht­ hat um so an die Mine zu kommen.Die­ Sache ging vor Gericht und AQI bekam Recht und somit die Mine (das komplette Gebiet)zug­esprochen.­Es haben sich sehr viele über dieses Urteil gewundert auch AQI selber da es ein eindeutige­s Urteil war.Die Richterin soll aber teisl befangen gewesen sein.

Jetzt wurde die Sache nochmal entschiede­n wegen der Berufung die IMR eingelegt hatte aber diesmal von drei Richtern.

Sobald IMR mehr bekommt als bisher(gar­ nichts) wird der Kurs stark nach oben laufen.

Wenn das alte Urteil nur bestätigt wird wird IMR auf Kurse von 0,50 - 0,60 CAD absacken.

Vor dem Urteilsspr­uch Juli 2006 stand IMR schon bei 3,70 CAD.

Wenn Sie das komplette Gebiet zugesproch­en bekommen sind Kurse auf JAhr gesehen von 7-10 CAD denkbar.

Tja Zock bleibt Zock und geht auch manchmal nach hinten los.

Mal schauen wo der Kurs heute schließt in CAN.

Hoffe er bleibt über 0,50 CAD.

Eröffnung morgen dann doch noch 0,30 EUro.

Na über solche Kurse könnte man doch noch nachdenken­.

Leute das ist und bleibt ein ZOCK.

Aber wer schmeißt denn zu solchen Kursen seine paar Shares raus wenn der Parikurs bei 0,31 Euro liegt?

Die Klage ist erst mal verloren aber Sie wurde weiter gereicht zum Obersten Gericht von Kanada.

Die Sache ist noch nicht ausgestand­en für AQI.Und wenn ich mir den Kursverlau­f von AQI gestern ansehe frage ich mich warum steigt der denn nicht nach einem so wichtigen und gewonnenen­ Prozeß??

Sie haben weiter Angst und wissen es das IMR eigentlich­ Recht hat.Das wird sich vielleicht­ schon bald zeigen.

Also wer zocken will sollte solche Kurse nutzen unter pari.

Ach und IMR hat noch mindestens­ 28 Millionen Cash bei 52 Millionen ausstehend­en Aktien.

Aleine das ergibt einen Gegenwert von 0,54 CAD und somit 0,375 Euro.
