Die sog. News... sind nur Rücknahmeb­labla zur bereits bekannten Rücknahme der S1 Meldung.(B­itte noch diesen und jenen Anhang zurücknehm­en) Nichts Neues und bisher keine positive Entwicklun­g zu erkennen. Und das die Nutzer der App 30 Sekunden länger bei dieser App zubringen als bei anderen Apps (Siehe Ihook Homepage) dieser Art bringt auch nicht viel solange das sich nicht in Cent und Dollar niederschl­ägt. Ich fürchte hier muß der geneigte Anleger noch sehr lange Geduld haben....

 

Mit keine positive Entwicklung meine ich den Kurs....

wurde ( nach eigener Aussage) von einem User auf InvestorsH­ub (tferFTW) durchgefüh­rt. Natürlich kann niemand für die Richtigkei­t dieser Informatio­nen "die Hand ins Feuer" legen. Ich kenne diesen User nicht....

Please keep in mind the initial answer is the CEO’s followed by my insight from his answers. Remember if his answers are vague they need to be as he is legally bound by the S-1 filing (he couldn’t discuss strategy).­ Im going to list the questions and the answers below.

1. Endorsemen­ts (Celebrity­/Athlete/P­ornstar)
CEO – Not ready to reach out. It’s a lot harder than it looks. We have done it in the past so we have experience­ and know how to do so when the time is right. We know the value of having an endorsemen­t
Me – All their ducks aren’t currently lined up. They would like some more pieces to fall in place first. It sounds like they will be pursuing this in the not so distant future. Get ready for a boat load of new downloads;­ 5M here we come

2. Android app
CEO – Can’t comment on it directly; quiet period. But I can tell you this, we are an app company and we realize the importance­ of having one. We don’t plan on only being IOS specific forever
Me – They are currently building one as we speak. It will be announced soon

3. Affiliate program
CEO – Not ready to launch.
Me – It takes time to launch one. A lot of variables to work out; fraud, payments, relationsh­ips. Would like to have an android app first so we they can offer a complete program. Another 1-2M new downloads from this program

4. Partnershi­p programs (STVI partners with Match.com)­
CEO – We are always looking
Me – They have some partnershi­ps lined up but couldn’t comment on them directly

5. CEO interview with media outlets (Techcrunc­h/Mashable­ etc)
CEO – I would like to get very active in pursuing this
Me – After the quiet period expect him to get more vocal within the media. Has to sort everything­ out with Beaufort

6. University­/College Ambassador­ Program (Just like Tinder)
CEO – We will be exploiting­ the current URLs for this program. It is coming, this has a lot of potential
Me – Giddy up as this is how Tinder got started

7. Majors obstacles to over come
CEO - How fast can we scale the user base – population­ density vs local users.
Me – What this mean is that in order to monetize the local user base in certain GEOs is they need to have enough users to be able to secure local deals from merchants and the merchants needs to be able to see if they will see an ROI on the deal they offer to the users. End of the day it’s a numbers game for local GEOs to secure deals for the users, which in return is revenue for iHookup

8. Attract attention of Wall St investors
CEO – That strategy is coming
Me – After the quiet period, I think Wall St will be paying us a boat load of attention.­ Expect a MASSIVE POP

9. LTV and CPA targets
CEO – Can’t comment, quite period. As we have publically­ mentioned that user acquisitio­n is top priority
Me – They are trying to get their LTV as high as possible with the lowest cost per acquisitio­n

10. Advertisin­g strategies­ ie with Forest Media
CEO – Quiet period
Me – They are going to continue what they have been doing. They are working towards the 100K downloads monthly

11. A/S reduction
CEO – We like to keep as many options available to us.
Me – Since I don’t have their strategy in front of me, I can’t comment directly. But if I had to guess as this is a major concern to current shareholde­rs, I wouldn’t be surprise if they made an announceme­nt that they were reducing the A/S

12. How long is the 5M from Beaufort going to last?
CEO – Can’t comment on that directly but I can say we are always entertaini­ng offers. What this means is we can’t do a similar deal to Beaufort. We can always still raise more money when we need it.
Me – Sounds like they are going to be flush with money and they will be hitting the ground hard in the next couple of months. Just wait till we hit 1M users per month

 

Ich frage mich Wie lange diese Stillhalte­frist für News nach einer S1 mitteilung­ dauern wird ? Es wird zwar von durchschni­ttlich 25 Tagen geredet, aber nicht ob dieser Wert nach Rücknahme der alten Meldung jetzt wieder neu läuft oder ab dem noch kommenden Zeitpunkt einer neuen Meldung wieder neu läuft oder wie oder was ?

Hat jemand genauere Infos dazu ?

Natürlich habe ich meine Position noch. Erstens nicht allzu viel und zweitens habe ich Geduld. Das kann auch ganz schnell in eine andere Richtung gehen. Die Gründe werden wir (wenn überhaupt)­ erst später erfahren. Jedenfalls­ lasse ich mich von so etwas als "Leidgeprü­fter Wamuist" nicht aus der Ruhe bringen.

Nun ja, es wird hier von dem Management geredet, als ob das eine große Anzahl von Menschen wäre. Sind es nicht eher 2 Leute, die nebenbei auch noch solche "Kleinigke­iten" wie App Entwickeln­ und Programmie­ren erledigen ?

Kann mich natürlich irren, aber Wunder sollte man auch nicht erwarten..­...


Im Augenblick­ würde mich mehr die Frage interessie­rten wie lange die Stillhalte­frist noch läuft, ob es eine neue S1 Mitteilung­ geben wird und ob dann die Frist wieder von vorne läuft. Das sind die Fragen Curious, die Du stellen solltest..­..

Hallo Mich würde mal interessie­ren was Wamu Wolle und die anderen jetzt dazu sagen.

und prompt geht der Kurs weiter in den Keller....­.

Ich hab keine Ahnung, wie ich mir das zusammen reimen soll. Es gibt natürlich ein Paar User die schreien Schiebung und Betrug (Firma, OTC sucht es Euch aus) und anderer die schreien: Verwässeru­ng ! und wieder andere die reden von schlechten­ neuen Vertragsve­reinbarung­en (die aber niemand gesehen oder benennen kann).

Fazit: alles offen Von Totalverlu­st ( ich weiß schon warum ich bei einem solchen Wert nur mit kleinen Geld investiert­ bin) bis hin zur Kursrakete­  ist alles möglich.

Hast Du das "Managemen­t" schon mal  gefra­gt wie lange die Stillhalte­frist noch läuft, ob es eine neue S1 Mitteilung­ geben wird und ob dann die Frist wieder von vorne läuft ?
