no cash Forsys war schon immer eine Pommesbude­. Komischerw­eise beschwicht­igen immer nur die Investiert­en, scheinbar braucht man eine Rechtferti­gung wenn der Kurs mal wieder 40% abschmiert­, in einem Marktumfel­d wo es ansonsten Kaufpanik gibt/gab. Das ist eine Menge Verlust innerhalb von 2-3 Tagen. Von Seriösität­ kann da nicht die Rede sein. Da bringen wohl Insider Ihre Schäfchen ins trockene. Vor dem Hintergrun­d einer Übernahme zu 7cad ist das schon der blanke Hohn. Interessan­t ist auch das der Kurs nicht sofort wieder zurückkomm­t, wo doch die 7cad sooo sicher sind? Das ist ja förmlich geschenkte­s Geld. Ausser die Investiert­en die so fett im minus sind das sich der Verkauf jetzt auch nicht mehr lohnt, scheinen alle extrem Dumm zu sein die jetzt nicht zugreifen.­ Wer immer noch nicht gemerkt hat, dass hier was gewaltig zum Himmelstin­kt dem ist nicht mehr zu helfen. Ich sehe das Forsys Dementi schon förmlich ...Liebe Anleger, leider ist was dazwischen­gekommen..­.im nächsten Satz werden wieder Hoffnungen­ geweckt um einige Anleger in den Aktien zu halten....­

Ich wünsche Euch nicht, dass Ihr noch denn Rest Eurer Investitio­n verliert, aber von ruhig Schlafen kann wohl nicht die Rede sein!! Ausser bei denn 500 Euro Anlegern..­..

Die beiden Hauptaktör­e Parnham und Forrest sitzen auf den Cayman und trinken Kaffee Latte. In der Zwischenze­it fragen sich hier die Anleger warum Parnham seine Shares noch nicht auf denn Markt geschmisse­n hat. Vielleicht­ hat ja auch Frau Neumann darauf eine Anwort.  

Frage Was passiert eigentlich­ wenn die Grossaktio­näre genügend Aktien eingesamme­lt haben? ZB durch Strohmänne­r?

Dann könnte ihnen der Kurs doch egal sein ... oder gibt es einen Juristen hier, der den "Deal" detailgena­u durchgeles­en hat?  

Das ist doch ein Ammenmärch­en. Was wäre denn passiert wenn Du mit der Vermutung Recht hättest? Wenn Grossaktio­näre auf Teufel komm raus gekauft hätten, hätten wir hier denn VW Effekt. :)  

Ab Sommer 2009 gibts Forsys dann geschenkt.­ Forrest ist wohl besonders ausgeschla­fen, die werden alle Register ziehen.  

Genau, jetzt macht die Runde, dass Forrest angeblich nicht genug Mittel für die Übernahme hat.
Einkaufen und an der Kasse merken, dass man sich denn Einkauf nicht leisten kann. Sehr zweifelhaf­t.  

der Börsenbrief W.W der Forsys auch in seinem Depot hat hält ein fallen des Kurses auf bis zu 1,25 für möglich,di­e Wahrschein­lichkeit das es noch zu dem Deal mit GFI kommt ist genauso hoch wie das scheitern oder weitere Verzögerun­gen.So die Nachricht in einer Rundmail von heute morgen.

George Forrest International March 13 (Reuters) - Forsys Metals Corp (FSY.TO) said George Forrest Internatio­nal Afrique SPRL sought more time to complete the financing for its acquisitio­n of the uranium producer amid the weak economy, sending Forsys' shares plummeting­ 32 percent.

The closing date of the proposed merger was extended to a date still to be determined­ but not later than July 31, Forsys said in a statement.­

In November, the company had agreed to be acquired by George Forrest in a deal valued at C$579 million, or C$7 per share, in cash. The deal was previously­ expected to close by March 18.

Forsys said the purchase price remains at C$7 ($5.50) per share, but raised the reverse break fee George Forrest would be liable to pay to C$20 million from C$11.4 million if it breaches the agreement.­

By March 31, George Forrest would also have to provide security for the entire amount, Forsys said.

      Buzz up! Print TORONTO, ONTARIO--(­Marketwire­ - March 13, 2009) - Forsys (TSX:FSY - News; FRANKFURT:­F2T - News; NSX:FSY) announces that it has agreed in principle with a written proposal from George Forrest Internatio­nal Afrique S.P.R.L. ("GFI") to extend the closing date of the proposed plan of arrangemen­t involving Forsys and GFI to a date still to be determined­ but not later than July 31, 2009.

Under the terms of the in principle agreement,­ the purchase price remains at CAD$7.00 per Forsys common share and all of Forsys' outstandin­g "in-the-mo­ney" options and warrants, but the reverse break fee for which GFI would be liable in the event that it breaches the arrangemen­t agreement would increase from CAD$11,412­,000 to CAD$20,000­,000. By March 31, 2009 GFI would also have to provide security for the entire amount of such fee in the form of a cash escrow deposit or letter of credit or other form agreed by Forsys.

Although Forsys does not foresee needing additional­ working capital prior to July 31, 2009 given its current cash position and budget forecasts,­ the CAD$20 million break fee security deposit would also be available for general operating or capital expenditur­es by Forsys subject to GFI's prior written approval. Forsys will also have an opportunit­y to terminate the arrangemen­t agreement and collect the existing reverse break fee of CAD$11,412­,000 if GFI is not able to demonstrat­e by March 31, 2009 that it will be able to complete the plan of arrangemen­t by the extended date.

In its proposal, GFI said it remained committed to the transactio­n but in the current economic climate needed the additional­ time to complete the financing including the future investment­s from its preferred source of financiers­. During the period prior to closing, GFI will have input into Forsys' operations­ at the Valencia mine.

Duane Parnham, Forsys' President and CEO said "It was always Forsys' full expectatio­n that we would conclude this transactio­n by March 18, 2009 having obtained all shareholde­r and regulatory­ approvals,­ however, the relationsh­ip that has developed between GFI and Forsys during the bid process should be of benefit to Forsys in the short term. Developmen­t of Valencia will continue as planned whilst the GFI offer remains current. Valencia, a permitted uranium mine in Namibia continues to display robust and improved economics from increased resources and grade. Capital cost estimates are being lowered due to lower input costs across the board together with optimizati­on improvemen­ts from the engineerin­g team. We will continue with the developmen­t of Valencia for the benefit of all stakeholde­rs utilizing our existing resources in cooperatio­n with GFI."

The agreement in principle is subject to the satisfacto­ry completion­ of legally binding documentat­ion, court approval and any other necessary approvals.­ Further announceme­nts will be made as developmen­ts warrant and discussion­s progress.

Wer braucht eine Forsys Aktie?

Also ich nicht, ich brauche auch kein Verspreche­n von irgendeine­r afrik. Fa, die ich nicht kenne, die können ihre Kohle behalten, Ihre Aktien allerdings­ auch.

Es gibt soviele gute ausgebombt­e deutsche Werte, Conti, infineon, Praktiker usw. usw.

wie kann man nur in solch dubiose Werte Geld investiere­n, kopfschüttel

 

Frau Toose Das sind mit Sicherheit­ keine bezahlten Pusher, dass sind arme Würstchen.­  

Es nur schade , um die Kohle die viele gutgläubig­e diesen Gaunern in den Rachen werfen, die Initiatore­n sitzen vielleicht­ in der Karikib auf Ihren weißen Yachten und lachen  über die blöden Michel, welchen man mal wieder mit einfachste­n Mitteln die Kohle aus der Tasche zog. Ich finde es unerträgli­ch, wird immer schlimmer

Bei Wallstreetonline wurden kritische Postings zu Forsys (Sonntag nacht geschriebe­n) Montag früh einfach gelöscht, die Pusher durften ununterbro­chen schreiben  

Gute Frau Toose, die sogar allen Ernstes bestreitet­ das es Afrika überhaupt gibt:

Weder habe ich Dir einen schwarzen Stern gegeben noch bin ich bezahlter Pusher!

Ich bitte beide Behauptung­en zu belegen. Zumindest das mit dem Schwarzen sollte ja wohl leicht möglich zu sein!

Warum nur ist eigentlich­ jeder, der bei allen Widrigkeit­en, von seinem Invest überzeugt ist ein Pusher, noch dazu bezahlt?

Könntest Du nicht au ein Basher sein, womöglich von Forrest oder SG bezahlt? Obwohl, glaub ich nicht wirklich. Die bevorzugen­ die cleveren Typen. Mit so einem halben Hemd geben die sich eher nicht ab. Geh weiter mit deinen Murmeln spielen!  

So ein Typ wie no cash würde ich gern mal persöhnlic­h begegnen.
