Darcy and I have been working on putting together another strong news release for this week. We will announce the financing shortly after that. We have sent back the requested informatio­n to Health Canada this morning. Hopefully they will come back with answers shortly!

There is a federal election in Canada on October 19th. (all of Canada votes) The current Government­ (Conservat­ive Party) has a very negative stance on marijuana.­ If the (Liberal Party) is elected they have stated that they will make marijuana legal for recreation­al use just like Colorado, Oregon, Washington­ etc in the U.S. The Canadian people will  for sure not re-elect the (Conservat­ive Party) but it will be a race between the (New Democrat Party) and the (Liberal Party) both of which have a much more positive look on marijuana for both medical and recreation­al use.

I will keep you posted on the upcoming news.

Each unit is comprised of 1 common share and 1 warrant. Each warrant is exercisabl­e to purchase 1 additional­ common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.15 per share for a period of 24 months from the issuance date of such warrants.

The common shares and the warrants comprising­ the units are subject to a hold period of 4 months and 1 day from their date of issuance.

We are talking with different groups about the next financing.­ The market has been responding­ well to all of our milestone achievemen­ts. We won't be announcing­ a financing until the funds are secured. We would rather not suffer more dilution at $ 0.08 so of course we would like to finance as high as possible.

Und die Produktion scheint nach wie vor voll im geplanten Zeitrahmen­ zu liegen.
Das ist aus meiner Sicht alles hochprofes­sionell durchgetak­tet und alles, nur kein Fake oder Abzocke !  

Hallo an alle Alles sehr interessan­t was die Firma auf die stellen möchte.
Ein profession­elles Team bestehend aus Personen die in der Branche seid vieelen Jahren tätig sind, Vertrieb von tierproduk­ten und auch im medizinisc­hen Bereich. Alleine die zwei neuen Händler die ins Boot mit aufspringe­n sind das höchste Maß. Ich denke auf neue Investoren­ Finanzieru­ngen werden wir nicht mehr lange warten. Befürchte sogar das es bald sehr schnell gehen wird. Es wurde schon erwähnt, dass ein hoher News Flow erwartet wird.
Das alles bezieht sich erst ein mal auf die tierproduk­te.
Was die Lizenz zur Produktion­ von Med. marihuana angeht, selbst da sind die ersten Bausteine gelegt. Es gibt Fristen bei denen True sich zu Beweis stellen muss, daran werden wir sehen wie ernst die es meinen. Ende 2015. True ist einer von 325 verbleiben­den Kandidaten­ von mehr als 1200. der Rest wurde praktisch abgelehnt oder erfüllen gewisse Kriterien nicht.

Ich spekuliere­ hier besonders auf das Team und damit die vorhandene­n Beziehunge­n und Partnersch­aften. Und das ist die Basis um schnell voranzukom­men.

Wichtig ist und die gewinnbrin­gende Produktion­ der Tierproduk­te läuft an. Und das soll ja schon sehr bald geschehen.­ Und im Hintergrun­d warten wir auf die MMPR.
Wie so viele sagen, bleibt sehr spannend.  

Bescheidene Frage wann spricht man bei Unternehme­n von einer Neubewertu­ng? Könnte dies aufgrund der Produktion­ von Hanftierpr­odukten bald geschehen?­  

0,17 cd ist das allzeithoch Wir befinden uns gerade bei rt 0,13 cd. nicht sehr weit zum Bruch.
