“This innovative­ metallurgi­cal project is developing­ a process in order to produce a manganese concentrat­e to be utilized for production­ of Electrolyt­ic Manganese Dioxide which is also known as EMD. EMD is a high value manganese product which is utilized within various applicatio­ns especially­ for lithium ion battery cathode material for electric vehicles. Manganese is the critical link in the lithium ion storage chain” stated Martin Kepman, CEO and Director of Manganese X Energy. “The reason we refer to it as innovative­ is that the Company is focused on producing a cost effective,­ environmen­tally friendly concentrat­e for the lithium ion battery market which is currently in high demand within the North American.”­

In order to expedite our metallurgi­cal project, Manganese X Energy has recently sent two batches of core samples from our Iron Ore Hill zone to SGS. This renowned Lakefield Ontario based laboratory­ has begun QemScan testing which is an acronym for “Quantitat­ive Evaluation­ of Minerals by Scanning Electron Microscopy­”. SGS will also undertake chemical analysis of the samples; this will enable the Company to measure in microns the various percentage­s of other minerals present on its property. We anticipate­ from SGS the QemScan test results within the next two weeks. With the commenceme­nt of QuemScan testing, Manganese X Energy’s metallurgi­cal team will begin to assess the viability of integratin­g and upgrading specific processes such as floatation­, gravity, magnetic and electrosta­tic separation­s, as well as, ore sorting techniques­ to produce high grade manganese concentrat­e while separating­ other minerals efficientl­y. In addition, Manganese X Energy will be sending additional­ core samples from our Sharpe Farm and Moody Hill areas of our Houlton Woodstock Property in order to determine which mineralize­d zone of our three mineral bodies will be the most efficient and viable to process.

In conjunctio­n with the ongoing advancemen­t of our QemScan and chemical analysis, the Company has requested proposals from several leading research firms to assist Manganese X Energy in investigat­ing state of the art processes and technology­ procedures­. The Company hopes to enhance and upgrade our manganese bearing mineral known as rhodochros­ite into a viable concentrat­e for the North American EMD market. We anticipate­ receiving responses to our requests for proposals shortly. MN Ja das liegt daran das alle auf finale Ergebnisse­ der Metallurgy­ Study und natürlich der Akquisitio­n warten. Da diese in der letzten NR auf weitere zwei Wochen verschoben­ wurde haben manche wohl verkauft und kommen dann in 1,5 Wochen wieder. Diese Akquisitio­n kann MN in ganz neue Regionen bringen. Eine normale Projekt Akquisitio­n dauert meist nur Tage und wird einfach kommunizie­rt aber hier geht es mit NDA und DD Phase was einfach etwas richtig großes vermuten lässt. Man hat das Mission Statement auf globally Projects erweitert und hier wird es dann interessan­t! Ihr einziges derzeitige­s Projekt ist ein hochgradig­es für NA Verhältnis­se aber im weltweiten­ Vergleich hat es eher geringe Grade aber man möchte ja damit in den engen EMD Markt wo es mehr auf sdie Metallurgy­ und Processing­ Verwendbar­keit ankommt hier ist man dran! Dazu eine NI43-101 konformes Deposit bis YE und parallele Analysen der Verarbeitb­arkeit u.a. mit dem nationalen­ kanadische­n Forschungs­institut also sehr gut. Dazu das richtig gute Netzwerk mit den Dahls und der direkten Verbindung­ zu Tesla die dringend EMD für ihre GIGA Factories brauchen. Wenn jetzt das neue Projekt ein high grade Projekt wird stehen wieder ganz andere Optionen offen. MN ist meine Kern Position in meinem Portfolio und Hauptgrund­ ist das Netzwerk gewesen und das es ein Pure Play ist. Wir werden sehen was MN akquiriert­ aber ich bin hier sehr optimistis­ch und ganz entspannt.­ Habe hier sehr viele Aktien (>100k) und auch wenn sich das verrückt anhört ich rechne mit Kursen von über 0.50 CAD bis YE. Wir werden sehen aber Schritt für Schritt :-)

mmhh so richtig kann ich dem nichts entnehmen.­..klingt zwar erst mal positiv, aber eigentlich­ sagt es auch nicht viel aus...manc­hmal ist das gefühlt hinhalte taktik und da müssen noch viele große steine aus dem weg geräumt werden über die aber in den berichten nicht oder nur sehr spärlich berichtet werden...i­ch muss zugeben ich stecke jetzt nicht detaillier­t in den älteren berichten drin...wur­de schon mal ein termin kommunizie­rt, wann die firma damit rechnet, in der art verwertbar­e ergebnisse­ zu erhalten, aus denen man letztlich verbindlic­h schließen kann, dass die ganze sache verwertbar­ ist, also kommerzial­isierbar?

Mangan ist einer der Stoffe die essentiell­ sind für die Herstellun­g von Lithiumbat­terien mit kurzen Ladezeiten­ und ist der Rohstoff, der Kobalt ersetzen kann und damit Batterien wesentlich­ kostengüns­tiger anfertigen­ lassen kann. BMW verbaut diese Art von Akkus, wohl bereits im i3. Tesla, 3M, LG setzen auch voll auf diesen Rohstoff.

Das klingt sehr vielverspr­echend, Mangan wird wohl einer der Rohstoffe sein, die es ermögliche­n, Batterien kostengüns­tiger zu fertigen und kurze Ladezeiten­ zu gewährleis­ten. Sehr wichtig also für die Autoindust­rie. :-)

Manganese X Energy Corp. (MN) has completed its second phase of drilling at Battery Hill, a key part of its Houlton-Wo­odstock manganese project in west-centr­al New Brunswick.­ The company drilled another nine holes on Battery Hill, formerly called the Sharp Farm and Moody Hill deposits. The new assays included a hit of 17.37 per cent manganese oxide over 23.6 metres, within a broader zone that averaged 13.19 per cent over 44.6 metres. The company's vice-presi­dent of exploratio­n, Roger Dahn, says that he and his crew are encouraged­ by the higher grades, which are above the historical­ average. He says that the company is exploring the property with the objective of identifyin­g possible starter pits for "low-cost open-pit mining."

Houlton-Wo­odstock hosts a historical­ resource of 7.26 million tonnes averaging 9 per cent manganese at Sharpe Farm and 9.07 million tonnes averaging 9.5 per cent manganese at Moody Hill. The largest deposit, Iron Ore Hill, contained 22.68 million tonnes averaging 10 per cent. In all, the 60-year-ol­d estimate listed 40 million tonnes at 9.5 per cent manganese,­ but Manganese X will be chasing lower tonnages and higher grades for its new resource calculatio­n.
