Patriot's earlier dividend was $0.02 per share - the new dividend is planned to be $0.04 per share.
The Company has been advised that it will likely receive the distribution of its share of the proceeds from recently announced patent portfolio license transactions by the end of March. Those transactions, announced within the past month, involved the Company's jointly owned Moore Microprocessor Patent(TM) (MMP) Portfolio having been successfully licensed - through its marketing alliance with The TPL Group's Alliacense division - to Casio Computer Co. Ltd. and Fujitsu Limited.
The Company expects to pay the dividend in late April, with the exact date to be determined and announced. Final information as to the number of shareholders and outstanding shares will be provided by the Company's transfer agent as of the record date, but based upon current information and estimates the Company will set aside funds of approximately $15 million for payment of the dividend when distribution of its share of licensing proceeds is received.

Und an die Zittrigen unter euch...lasst euch nicht bequatschen, mit evtl. grade gemachten Verlusten aus dieser Aktie raus zu gehen (erst dann hätte man REALE Verluste).
Zur Zeit stehen wir übrigens wieder bei RT 1,73$ (Tendenz steigend).

Muhahaha - ist man mal 2 Tage nicht da,
verpasst man ja glatt hier das Beste... ;-) Haben nicht die meisten Longies hier schon für Montag ´nen starken Kurseinbruch prophezeit? JA - musste ja mal so kommen. Aber wir halten trotzdem unsere Stücke, da die Story stimmt und CEO Pohl es sowieso richten wird... Der Kurs wird weiter gen Norden laufen, egal wie hier Panik gemacht wird. Ich habe schon oft gesagt, dies ist hier kein typischer "Schnellrei-schnellwiederraus-OTC-Wert", sondern eine Aktie zum kaufen, liegen lassen und am besten nicht hinsehen. Langfristig wird PTSC wohl locker noch bis 10 Dollar laufen (die 300 Mio. Aktien weiterhin vorrausgesetzt) Wenn weitere Aktienrückkäufe folgen sollten, kanns bei 100Mio Aktien auch locker über 30 Dollar gehen (siehe RAMBUS). Übrigens Rambus ist mit seinem Patent gegen PTSC ein kleiner Pups. Sagt Euch das immer wieder und denkt an meine Worte...

ich hatte, als hier einige unruhe ins forum gebracht haben 8400 aktien für 1,10- ! zum glück habe ich nicht verkauft (auch wenn ich sehr nervös geworden bin)!!!!!!!!
im gegenteil nachdem jetzt die dividenden meldung kam, hab ich nochmal für 1,54- ordentlich nachgelegt!!!!
