Ich denke, da passiert in den nächsten zwei Wochen nichts. Danach müssten sie ja mal zumindest mit der Goldproduktion starten/gestartet sein. Bin zur Zeit eher bullish für Alcyone.

Silver Sun Closes Definitive Agreement for Majority Interest in Cherry Hill Gold Mine
VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Silver Sun Resource Corp. (“Silver Sun” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that it has closed the Definitive Agreement for the purchase of a 51% interest in the Cherry Hill Mining Company, located in Siskiyou County, northern California, whose key asset is the past producing, Cherry Hill Gold Mine.

.In consideration for the 51% interest in the project, the Company agreed to pay $555,000 (U.S.) to Cherry Hill. The Cherry Hill Mine is fully permitted and consists of a high grade underground quartz lode mine that is located on a claim block consisting of six unpatented mining claims. The Cherry Hill purchase includes one mill site claim including a 750 ton per month gravity circuit mill with all machinery and equipment.
An experienced mine crew have been hired and work on Cherry Hill is expected to start immediately. Priority will be given to opening the 5 portals at Cherry Hill and to rehabilitate the workings so as the Mine can be brought to Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) standards in anticipation of production.
The Property is approximately 125 acres located in the Klamath National Forest in Siskiyou County, California, approximately 8 miles from Yreka. Cherry Hill has completed a substantial amount of development work in the mine. Gold was recovered by gravity with the sulphide concentrates sent to Nevada for processing. In January 2009, Cherry Hill contracted Robert L. Hill, CA Reg. Geologist #3386, to provide an assessment report on the property. His report stated historical production data from the California State Mining Bureau in Jan. 1925, “continuous production along veins with repeated ore grades of 1 ounce gold per ton” (32g/t Au). Further, historical production results from the California Journal of Mines and Geology stated recoveries from the Property at 2.4 ounces gold per ton (76.80 g/t Au).

Es wird langsam spannend.
Ab 23.04. sollte die Einweisung der Minenarbeiter erfolgen. Unmittelbar danach ist der Produktionsstart vorgesehen (gewesen). Das liegt ja bekanntlich in der Vergangenheit.
In wenigen Tagen könnte SSU demnach zum Produzenten aufsteigen. Was das für den Aktienkurs bedeutet, sieht man gerade bei Alcyone.

Silver Sun Provides Update on Cherry Hill Gold Mine
VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Silver Sun Resource Corp. (“Silver Sun” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that it has formed a wholly owned U.S. subsidiary, Golden Sun LLC, as well as Cherry Hill Holdings LLC and Luckyboy Resources LLC which will function as the Joint Venture operating companies.
“Having now been underground, we have a much better understanding of the nature of the Queen Vein and where we will have immediate access to blocked out ore”
.The Company received approval from the United States Forest Service (USFS) to continue with the current Plan of Operations, which is valid until the year 2015 using the permits and licenses that are currently in place. Once production resumes at Cherry Hill, the Company plans to apply to the USFS to broaden the Plan of Operations at Cherry Hill to include the entire property for which a full Environmental Assessment will be required.
The Company has contracted an experienced team of miners, some who have previously worked at Cherry Hill, and the main portal is now open and the workings are being readied for production to re-commence.
Company management was recently on site with Robert L. Hill, CA Reg. Geologist #3386, who was instrumental in interpreting the structural geology of the Cherry Hill Mine. The mine is centered on the Queen Vein, which has a known strike length of 1200 feet. The eastern portion of the vein has been mined out above level 3 (4450 feet) but remains open to depth. The Company will start mining from the existing 2 year old workings that access the Queen Vein from the west on level 4 (4360 feet) where ore has been blocked out between the 3rd and 4th levels.
