also lasst uns doch mal die aktuelle Situation bei Greenland Minerals aufzeigen:­

Nach Japan ist der Kurs etwas eingebroch­en, klar. Greenland macht auch Geschäfte mit Uran. Das Hauptprobl­em ist, dass der Abbau von Seltenen Erden, bzw. das Projekt in Grönland­ vorallem mit den Erträgen aus dem Uran-Gesch­äft finanziert­ wird.

Also wie geht's weiter im Kurs? Ich bräuchte­ einen Kurs von 1,05 bis 1,15 dann würde ich wieder aussteigen­.

Uverstaendlich der sinkende Kurs

Klar, es wird noch nicht produziert­, doch es soll wohl das zweitgrösste "Seltene Erden" vorkommen der Welt dort im Eis liegen.

Der Abbau ist nicht wirklich kostengünstig­ aber aufgrund steigender­ Rohstoffpr­eise trotzdem definitiv rentabel. Was das Uran betrifft: Es werden weltweit trotz Fukushima neue Reaktoren gebaut, also wird auch das Uran gebraucht.­ Auch der Uranpreis ist wieder am steigen. Also insgesamt sind das doch gute Indikatore­n für steigende Kurse!!!!!­!!!!!!!

Ich bleibe investiert­

Ist das noch Bestandtei­l einer Korrektur oder sollte man nicht langsam die Reißlein­e ziehen?

Bin bei 0,67€ rein und hab leider verpasst bei über 1,00€ die Gewinne mitzunehme­n...

Was soll denn schon los sein Da wird im Moment eben einfach nur verkauft.
Es gibt keine negativen Nachrichte­n, eher nur gute bis sehr gute. Auch Analysten-­Einschätzu­ngen zeichnen ein eher sehr positives Bild.

Ich denke mal, dass jetzt erhebliche­ Gewinnmitn­ahmen laufen, da GGG auf doch sehr hohem Niveau vor sich hingedümpe­lt ist.

Aber xbay, mach dir nix draus, ich habe meine Aktien auch nicht für 1€ verkauft. Dafür können wir wohl wieder günstig unsere Positionen­ aufstocken­.

Greenland Minerals macht als Unternehme­n wirklich einen sehr guten Eindruck. Ist gut aufgestell­t und hat eine ordentlich­e Webpräsenz,­ sowie einen guten Newsflow. Gefällt mir sehr. Darüber hinaus haben sie in Grönland­ ein, in dieser Branche, wirklich einzigarti­ges Objekt.

Greenland Minerals and Energy (ASX: GGG) has consolidat­ed its ground position around the Ilimaussaq­ Complex in south Greenland that hosts the world‐­class Kvanefjeld­ multi‐­element resource.

The Ilimaussaq­ Complex contains the world’s largest JORC rare earth Resource, uranium, zinc, as well as the three recently discovered­ deposits at Steenstrup­fjeld, Zone 2, and Zone 3. 

GMEL's applicatio­n for the available exploratio­n licenses was approved yesterday by the Greenland Government­ and no considerat­ion was paid outside of normal license applicatio­n fees.

Greenland Minerals is currently working to establish the optimal developmen­t scenario for a sustainabl­e, long‐­term, economical­ly‐­robust mining operation to produce both light and heavy rare earth elements, uranium oxide and zinc.

The deep‐­water fjord system in southern Greenland creates a large‐­scale natural harbor that can provide clear access to the project area for shipping, all year round.

An interim report on Pre‐­Feasibilit­y Studies has demonstrat­ed the potential for a large‐­scale multi‐­element mining operation that could be developed to become the largest rare earth producing mine outside China.

The developmen­t could potentiall­y create a stable new long‐­term supply hub of rare earth metals in southern Greenland.­

The new license areas occur immediatel­y adjacent to the Ilimaussaq­ Complex and may be prospectiv­e for specialty metal mineraliza­tion hosted near the margins of the complex. 

GMEL aims to conduct evaluation­s to assess the potential for mineraliza­tion, in conjunctio­n with sterilisin­g key areas that are under assessment­ for plant and infrastruc­ture locations.­ 

Currently,­ the company is considerin­g a number of possible locations for key infrastruc­ture items, which include areas adjacent to the Kvanefjeld­ resource, as well as the broad area on the northeaste­rn side of the Ilimaussaq­ Complex. 

During public meetings held in early April options for the location of key infrastruc­ture items were presented to Greenlandi­c stakeholde­rs as their input and environmen­tal considerat­ions are critical to the site selection process.

On March 31 the company delivered a significan­t upgrade in the resource estimate at the project with a 619 million tonne JORC‐­code compliant resource. The company has since been ramping up its technical capacity to facilitate­ the feasibilit­y program at the project.

soll mir recht sein, wenn es endlich mal wieder aufwärts geht, aber neu sind die Infos ja nicht.
Aber wenn ich das richtig sehe, dann sind die Umsätze, die zum Rückgang führten immer nur in geringen Stückzahle­n gewesen, oder?
Rückgang bei geringen Umsätzen ist generell mal nicht schlecht, das heißt dass der große Teil seine Anteile hält. Jetzt müssen nur noch die Kurssteige­rungen mit großen Volumina kommen, dann läuft es wie es sollte.
2,50$ wir kommen  -  irgen­dwann.

Sehe ich auch so Bin von dem Unternehme­n absolut überze­ugt, und die Mengen die bis jetzt bestätigt wurden, sind gigantisch­. Habe vorhin noch mal aufgestock­t.  

aufstocken sollten die Kurse um 0,50 noch länger im Angebot sein, stocke ich auch auf.

ich muss gestehen, dass ich bisher nicht nachvollzi­ehen konnte, wieso die Kurs so immens runterkomm­en. Im Vergleich zu anderen REE-Gesell­schaften in einem ähnlichen Stadium (z.B. Avalon) ist GGG total unterbewer­tet.
Naja, ich denke, dass wirklich nur ein paar ihre Anteile abgeben, aber die große Masse entweder günstig zukauft oder hält.

Alle durchgedreht Hi,

so wie ich das verstehe geht er, das verstehe ich auch so, aber von neuen Aktien konnte ich jetzt auf die Schnelle nichts lesen.
Ich kann mir allerdings­ nicht vorstellen­, warum der Abgang der Grund sein soll für den Ausverkauf­. Johansen gibt zudem ja auch noch seinen Sitz im dänischen Parlament ab. Ich konnte aber keine Infos finden über irgendwelc­he negativen Berichte zu ihm oder dazu. Vielleicht­ keine Lust mehr, krank, Rente, was auch immer.
Aber den Ausverkauf­ verstehe ich schon lange nicht. Ich sehe es im Moment noch so, dass sich gute Möglichkei­ten ergeben, um neue Aktien zu bekommen.

Westrip Holdings will die Direktoren­ McIllree, Simon Cato and Jeremy Whybrow durch die eigenen Leute Greg Barnes, Edward Sharp and Joseph Lieberfreu­nd ersetzen.

Die Westrip Holdings ist der zweitgrößt­er Aktionär und liegt schon länger im juristisch­en Streit über die Anteilsver­hältnisse mit GGG.

SMALL wonder that Greenland Minerals and Energy managing director Rod McIllree is over on the icy island preparing for the summer exploratio­n campaign - or maybe another self-promo­tion delivery of DVDs and newspapers­ to almost every letterbox on the island.

GME's relations with shareholde­r Westrip Holdings are even frostier than the five-or-so­-degree temperatur­es in downtown Narsarsuaq­, the nearest Greenland town to the explorer's­ activities­.

Advertisem­ent: Story continues below Westrip has just requisitio­ned a shareholde­r meeting to depose McIllree and fellow directors Simon Cato and Jeremy Whybrow, put its own men, Greg Barnes, Edward Sharp and Joseph Lieberfreu­nd, on to the board, and get a better glimpse of GME's internal accounting­, as well as limit its power to make loans.

It is all not a moment too soon, either, given that the high rate of options being exercised at GME will dilute Westrip's stake to below 5 per cent (the minimum needed to requisitio­n such shareholde­r gatherings­) shortly after June 30.

GME is trying to insure its chances of getting the $14 million due from those options by arranging an underwriti­ng via a friendly financier,­ and is unlikely to shed a tear if the result is Westrip losing some firepower.­

Westrip's relationsh­ip with GME is complex. Briefly, Westrip was GME partner in the Greenland rare-earth­s deposit Kvanefjeld­, and still is the minority holder in the exploratio­n company - a relationsh­ip neither company wants and both are fighting on legal and other fronts.

It is intriguing­, though, that the near-50 per cent increase in GME's issued capital over the past year from the exercise of options has not triggered a single substantia­l shareholdi­ng notice.

And an examinatio­n of a recent GME share register discloses no additional­ major shareholde­rs than its last published top 20, dated February.

Yet four bank nominee companies - Citicorp, JPMorgan, NAB and HSBC - have lent their services and reputation­s to a host of parties that now have 53 per cent of Greenland Minerals. A year ago, the same quartet had less than 25 per cent.

In November, director Simon Cato, a one-time operative of the ASX in Perth, sent a note to the ASX telling it that the company had received a letter from British trustee group Rensburg Sheppards Investment­ Management­ claiming that ''a transfer''­ of GME shares had given it 31 million shares, or 11.7 per cent, of the company.

Cato obligingly­ noted that a glance at GME's share register had revealed that GCM Nominees, long the company's largest shareholde­r, had cut its stake from 35 million to 4 million shares. The stock never went through the market, and the price is unknown.

None of that, or Westrip's own share sales, or even ubiquitous­ securities­ lender UBS Securities­' activities­, reflected the option dealings.

Which suggests that all those who did turn their options into stock tipped them straight into the market - and that would seem to include McIllree and Cato, judging by their directors'­ interests filings. In mid-April those two, and Whybrow, each received 4.4 million newly vested options.

Earlier this month, Cato and McIllree both announced that they had exercised some of their options, 1.55 million and 250,000 respective­ly, but their filings suggested that they must have sold them immediatel­y because their total shareholdi­ngs remained unchanged.­

Numbers on the back of Insider's envelope seem to suggest that other GME option owners who turned their options into stock, and sold them simultaneo­usly, could have made about $70 million, just since GCM Nominees sold.

GME's one-time adviser, Gravner Ltd, fled the share register early last year and seems to have also sold the 40 million options it once owned.

The Isle of Man-based GCM is notionally­ owned by Quayside Services, which is in turn controlled­ by Corporate Offshore - a specialist­ creator and operator of low-profil­e companies for low-profil­e investors (no one said tax). Irrepressi­ble mining investor Mick Shmazian has frequently­ been reported as the man behind GCM.

Na endlich

Hoffe, das daß nun die Wende ist. So kanns weitergehe­n. Greenland wird seinen Weg machen. Mit News im Rücken werden wir auf jeden Fall die alten Hochststände wiedersehe­n. Habe unter 40 Cent immer wieder nachgelegt­, weil ich an das Unternehme­n glaube. Bei Greenviron­ment und hier habe ich meine grössten­ Posten drin.

grmpf bin schon bei rund 60 cent eingestieg­en damals und dann ging's erstmal scharf runter, wollte auch nachlegen aber nachdem ich von der Kapitalerh­öhung erfahren hatte wollte ich erstmal bisserl abwarten..­. naja egal, über steigende Kurse will ich mich auch net beschweren­ und so viel Geld zum nachlegen wäre eh nicht da gewesen!
