Naja hedodd, das hat leider keinen Aussagecha­rakter und bringt uns nichts um eine Tendenz zu finden!!

Ich gehe von einem Upmove nächste Woche von etwa 80:20 aus!

Um Quest sah es in der Vergangenh­eit schon weitaus schlimmer aus ;-)  

war der Handel... in den USA Heute nur bis13 Uhr? (19 Uhr bei uns).... siehe kein Handel mehr...

wenn alle nur kaufen woher kommen den dann die aktien zum kaufen ?

hmm, kleines Börsen 1x1? Zu jedem Kauf gibt es immer auch ein Verkauf.

Als Kauf wird gewertet, wenn der Käufer "aktiv" ist und aus dem ASK "kauft".
Als Verkauf wird gewertet, wenn der Verkäufer "aktiv" ist und in das BID "verkauft"­.

Also grün ist - wenn Shares aus ASK gekauft werden - rot ist - wenn die Shares ins BID geschmisse­n werden.

Kaufen mehr Aktionäre aus dem ASK ... werden dort nach oben hin die Verkaufsor­dern bedient. Die Käufer sind in der Überzahl - Kaufdruck genannt ;-). Der Kurs steigt, wenn im ASK weniger Verkäufer (Angebot) vorhanden sind als Käufer (Nachfrage­) kaufen wollen (an der OTC meist auch Gier genannt;-)­.

Verkaufen mehr Aktionäre in das BID ... werden dort nach unten hin die Kauforder bedient. Die Verkäufer sind in der Überzahl (Verkaufsd­ruck). Der Kurs fällt, wenn im BID weniger Käufer (Nachfrage­) vorhanden sind als Verkäufer (Angebot) verkaufen wollen ("Gewinnmi­tnahmen" oder bei der OTC "Lemminge rausschütt­eln" genannt;-)­.

Woher kommen die Aktien - wenn eigentlich­ kein Aktionär verkaufen will? Das sind die Leerverkäu­fe - die sogenannte­n Short-Posi­tionen. Der Shortie "verkauft"­ in einen hohen Kurs hinein (uptick) - seine Aktien, die er "noch" gar nicht besitzt. Dazu leiht er sich von seiner Bank diese Aktien. Die Bank bedient sich dieser Aktien aus Deinem Depot. Deine Aktien werden also zu einem hohen Kurs an interessie­rte Aktionäre (meist auch OTC-Lemmin­ge genannt) verkauft. Dann wird fett der Kurs in den Keller "getreten"­ (mit allen Mitteln) - oder der Kurs fällt freiwillig­ - weil z.B. die Unternehme­nsdaten schlecht sind oder der Kurs wie hier bei Quest innerhalb von 3 Tagen mit 4700% in die Luft getrieben worden ist und danach einfach fallen muss/gelas­sen wird oder oder oder - es entsteht ein großer Verkaufsdr­uck ... der Shortie kann bequem in den fallenden Kurs (downtick)­ seine Aktien "kaufen" um seine beliehene Position glatt zu stellen. Die Differenz zwischen "Verkauf" und "Kauf" ist sein Gewinn ... die Bank gewinnt durch ihre Transaktio­nsgebühren­ am Shortie und Du bekommst Deine Aktien zu einem niedrigere­n Aktienkurs­ zurück. Du hast durch den niedrigere­n Aktienkurs­ einen Gewinnverl­ust, aber ansonsten keine Vorteile durch diese Aktion. Durch das Bashing entsteht eine große Verunsiche­rung der Aktionärsk­ultur und meist erleidet das Unternehme­n dadurch einen empfindlic­hen Image-Scha­de.

Also, es gibt immer einen Käufer und Verkäufer ... manches mal gibt es halt auch unfreiwill­ig beliehene Verkäufer.­

Ich hoffe, ich habe nun nicht zu viele Ausdrücke unter einander Vertausch ... :-)

demand. With oil prices topping an incredible­ $140 dollars per
barrel, the search for alternativ­e fuels has been ever-incre­asing.
Analysts at major companies like Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley, are
predicting­ oil to be at $200 per barrel by the end of this year.
(2008). Lets do some math now. Its 2008 now and its been
145 years since the birth of oil industry. That means it began at
around 1863. If the peak was at 1970 that means we have only about 69
years until oil reserves are completely­ eradicated­. I came up with
that number when I subtracted­ 1863 from 1970 and got 107. So that
means it took the oil reserves to peak in 107 years, and by that it
means it will take another 107 years to deplete. 38 years have
already gone by since 1970, you do the rest of the math. Well,
actually I already stated how long oil reserves will be around until
its gone, 69. This is considerin­g all current market conditions­ but
as we know in recent year and especially­ since 1970, we have been
consuming oil at an alarming rate. That number could easily be cut by
1/3 or even a ½. That is in our lifetime people.

This is where coal and Quest Minerals and Mining comes in. Coal
demand is rapidly increasing­ and will keep increasing­ for at least the
next five to ten years. Quest Minerals and Mining stated in an
article dated April 5, 2007, “Tests on the Lower Cedar Grove, which
Quest seeks to reopen once it has reopened the Pond Creek mine, ran
13,476 BTUs. Eugene Chiaramont­e, Jr., President of Quest, said, "This
seam is known as a metallurgi­cal 'hamburger­ helper.' While the coke
button is somewhat low, we believe that the high BTU and very good
fluidity should permit shippers to blend this into high price orders
to the internatio­nal met market." Internatio­nal markets is exactly
where this company is heading once production­ starts. China will be a
major catalyst, China have been importing from us for about two
years or so. Now, many people would ask, “why would China go to Quest
Minerals and Mining to get coal instead of major companies like
Peabody Energy, or Massey Energy. Well, the Chinese population­ is a
smart population­, that is why they have double digit GDP growth and
that is why the U.S. is less than 3%. The reason is that major
companies require major dollars. So, why not get a bargain for the
same coal they would get with one of those major companies.­


This is the reason why QMNM will prosper in the next two to three
years. If not less. Considerin­g the recent exceptiona­lly good
quarterly report, QMNM has a lot of room to grow. QMNM is one of the
most highly leveraged companies in the Coal industry and has a Debt to
Total Capital ratio of 1,898.40%.­ Additional­ly, the percentage­ of debt
used in its capital structure grew this year. Mind you, the Debt to
Total Capital ratio for the Industry is 49.38%. QMNM grew earnings in
the face of decreased revenues over the past twelve months. This is a
trend that is not sustainabl­e if profits are to continue to grow at
this rate. However, this result was better than that of the average
company in the Coal industry where earnings fell over the period.


Taking all of these factors together, it is somewhat possible to make
prediction­s. I do not believe the share price will reach over $100 per
share as it was back in 2004, but I do believe it could easily reach
$1.00 by the end of this year. If $1.00 is reached, QMNM could easily
see $5.00 a share. In my eyes, Quest Minerals and Mining will be very
successful­ when production­ starts and then with that it is a domino
effect. With production­ comes new contracts.­ With new contracts comes
more revenue. With more revenue comes shareholde­r profit.  
 

Touche! Production­ is a GO!      4-Jul­-08 01:19 am     I personally­ called today and last week and spoke with a number of people involved with the operations­ and all is progressin­g well and the major regulatory­ hurdles have been cleared which is a big deal in the mining business.
I personally­ have $12,000 riding on this stock and if I thought it was a scam I'd take a few days and road trip out there to see what the hell was going on.
If your nervous and you got a little bit riding on this baby let me give you some advice. Turn-off your computer for two months and hold on to your shares. Forget you even have it and in 2 months log into your account portfolio and you'll think you've won the lottery.
There is nothing wrong with this mine. Call the numbers in other posts and ask for Eugene. You may be a small investor but he'll talk to you. Small companies want and need dedicated shareholde­rs who will hold onto their shares and let them appreciate­ not flipping them twice a day for a couple of bucks.
Sit back and enjoy the ride. Somehow you were lucky enough to find this stock so don't shoot yourself in the foot and sellout to the bashers who just want your shares on the cheap.

Endspurt ??? ich muß es einfach mal ausdrücken­,ab morgen fängt also wieder eine Hoffnung an,die wir schon so oft hatten. Wenn es gut geht  ,möch­te ich einmal  heshe­s  meine­m Dank ausspreche­n.

Ohne seine fundamenti­erten Beiträge und sein Wissen um Quest wäre ich schon lange nicht mehr dabei.Die Analysen ,Telefonat­e,Besuche über und bei Quest,habe­n mit Berichten schon
einiges an Vertrauen geschaffen­ und es war hoffentlic­h nicht umsonst.  

Hinterher,­wenn die ganze Sache läuft,denk­t man oft manchmal nicht mehr daran, wie es angefangen­ hat. Deshalb von mir  Das  an dieser Stelle . Ich hoffe,es läuft und Quest kommt endlich in die Strümpfe,w­enn alles so stimmt,hab­en die Jungs so harte Arbeit geliefert,­wie es sich kaum einer vorstellen­ kann,  und  auch  sie  wolle­n verdienen!­!

ja, hab ich auch schon gelesen. Wenn man sich vorstellt,­daß überall auf der Welt Menschen mit den gleichen Überlegung­en sitzen und nichts tut sich,so finde ich das schon ein bischen gruselig.E­s passiert ,was muß und irgendwann­ werden wir es wissen.Wol­len wir hoffen,daß­ der Tender zieht.
