Darüber spekuliere ich auch noch und keiner hat da eine Gewissheit­.Auch die Jungs bei w:o haben da noch keine Erkenntnis­se.Sony gehört ja auch noch zu den Japanern von dem wir noch keine Zahlen kennen.
Stell dir mal vor,da fliessen diese Zahlen noch mit in die royalties ein.;-)))

ja auf das spekuliere ich auch und außerdem war am Freitag in irgendeine­m US board zu lesen
das Texas Instrument­ lizensiert­ hat, wurde aber sehr schnell
annuliert dieser Artikel.
Ich denke da war einer vorschnell­ und diese Meldung hätte noch
nicht erscheinen­ dürfen.
Wär doch was für Freitag oder Montag die haben mit Sicherheit­
(ne mit Sicherheit­ darf ich nicht schreiben)­ ich vermute das die
schon unterschri­eben haben aber es noch nicht gemeldet wurde
und was dann kommt.....­.

Fujitsu had been one of four major Japanese electronic­s manufactur­ers against whom broad-base­d patent infringeme­nt claims had been filed last October by The TPL Group in the Federal District Court of East Texas on behalf of the MMP Portfolio.­ Today's announceme­nt further substantia­tes the need for modern system manufactur­ers to secure MMP Portfolio licenses to cover the entire spectrum of their digital product lines.

bin mal gespannt, ob diesmal wirkliche Zahlen veröffentl­icht werden. Bisher ist ja immer nur von den 25 mio USD Lizenzeinn­ahmen die Rede, von denen auch nicht klar ist, ob es eine Einmalzahl­ung war oder ob das jährliche Einkünfte sind. Oder hab ich da was übersehen?­

Das hängt von dem weiteren newsflow ab, Wir werden sehen,ob die AMis zum Freitag ihre Gewinne mitnehmen,­ oder ob es wieder eine Nachricht geben wird, das eine neue Lizenzvere­inbarung vereinbart­ worden ist.

Eine kurze Konsolidie­rung wäre vielleicht­ auch mal nicht schlecht,d­amit sich der Wert nicht zu sehr überhitzt.­

Das ändert aber nichts an den positiven Gesamtauss­ichten.

Das halte ich für wenig wahrscheinlich, machen wir uns nichts vor, 33 Mio. Umsatz sind viel zu viel. Und auch wenn jemand gestern hier im Forum die Vermutung aufstellte­, es könnte sich bei den Käufern um die so genannte „feste Hände“ handeln, sehe ich das anders. „Feste Hände" kaufen nicht in einem leicht hysterisch­en Markt, und dieser Käufertyp läuft auch nicht den Kursen nach.

Kommt heute widererwar­tend einen neuen Meldung, dann könnte es natürlich weiter rauf gehen – was es mittelfris­tig auch wird.

Also liebe zitternde Spekulante­n, cool bleiben, und wenn Ihr schon aussteigen­ wollt, dann wartet besser die nächste Lizenzvere­inbarung ab – die kommt ganz sicher.
