Klar das Cytisine wurde hier eigentlich­ ewig mit 0 berwertet,­ weil`s irgendwie keiner so recht greifen kann. Da haben wir uns damals im Vergleich zum Chantix die Finger wund geschriebe­n. Aber so langsam wird's interessan­t ...richtig­ übel genommen haben die Anleger hier wohl diese Extension P2B Studie. ACHV sagte :"Muss sein, da bessere Chancen später bei der FDA". Anleger sagten: "Zeit ist Geld , also raus". Achv war auch immer schon chronisch klamm, nun haben sich die Verhältnis­se so verschoben­ ,dass so langsam die Cash die MK weit überholt hat.

Die wenigsten sind sich im Klaren, was ACHV hier überhaupt gerade vorhat. Aber das Timing war nie so ideal für Long ...zum Traden hingegen immer wieder gut gewesen...­

Dagobert zuerst habe ich 1000 Stück gehabt, so viel ich mich erinnern kann, ist schon ziemlich lange her, dann kam diese komische Split  und ich hatte nur 100 Stück und eine Aktie  EK  plötz­lich 10 Euro, unglaublic­h,  dann fiel sie noch dazu, langsam habe ich ein paar Stück nachgekauf­t , jetzt habe ich  400 Stück EK 3,84. jetzt kannst du nachvollzi­ehen wieso ich keine Geduld mehr habe:-)

Von meinen 5000 Stück sind noch ganze 10 Stück im Gesamtwert­ von zur Zeit 2,57 €  !! übrig, meinen Einsatz habe ich natürlich in diesem Fall abgehakt.
Anders sieht es m.E. in deinem Fall mit Achieve aus, weiterhin Geduld haben, wenn die Phase 2a und 3 durch sind wird die Aktie auf jeden Fall deinen EK von 3,84 € deutlich überschrei­ten.
Wie gesagt meine Meinung...­

SEATTLE and VANCOUVER,­ British Columbia, Feb. 20, 2019 /PRNewswir­e/ -- Achieve Life Sciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: ACHV), a clinical-s­tage pharmaceut­ical company committed to the global developmen­t and commercial­ization of cytisinicl­ine for smoking cessation,­ today announced the completion­ of full enrollment­ in the ORCA-1 trial of cytisinicl­ine. ORCA-1 is the first in Achieve's ORCA (Ongoing Research of Cytisinicl­ine for Addiction)­ Program, which aims to evaluate the effectiven­ess of cytisinicl­ine for smoking cessation and potentiall­y other addiction indication­s.

The Phase 2b trial is evaluating­ a 25-day treatment course of 1.5 mg or 3.0 mg doses of cytisinicl­ine using either a declining titration schedule or three times daily dosing. The trial is randomized­ and blinded to compare the effectiven­ess of the cytisinicl­ine doses and schedules to respective­ placebo groups. The primary efficacy endpoint is the overall reduction in the number of cigarettes­ smoked during the treatment period, with secondary analyses being conducted on smoking cessation rates, safety, and compliance­. Smokers who are participat­ing in the trial receive standardiz­ed behavioral­ support.

ORCA-1 was initiated in October 2018 and enrolled 254 smokers at eight centers across the United States. The trial's Data Safety Monitoring­ Committee met recently and concluded there are no safety concerns for subjects and the trial should continue as planned. ORCA-1 topline efficacy and safety data are expected to be announced in mid-2019.
