Kelowna, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - 5. Januar 2022) - Fission Uranium 3.0 ( TSXV: FUU) ( OTCQB: FISOF) (" Fission 3.0 Corp ") freut sich bekannt zu geben, dass sie 6.046.952 Aktien ($5.442.257 basierend .) erhalten hat zum heutigen Marktpreis von 0,90 USD) von Traction Uranium Corp. (CSE:TRAC) in Bezug auf die JV-Vereinbarung mit Traction für die beiden Konzessionsgebiete in der Region Athabasca Basin in Saskatchewan (die " Konzessionsgebiete "): das Hearty Bay-Projekt, bestehend aus 7 Mineral Claims mit einer Fläche von etwa 11.173 Hektar (das " Hearty Bay Project ") und das Lazy Edward-Projekt, das aus 11 Mineral-Claims mit einer Gesamtfläche von etwa 1.828 Hektar besteht (das " Lazy Edward Project")"). Die Aktien unterliegen bis zum 30. April 2022 einer Handelsbeschränkung.

Wenn weiterhin so vielversprechende Nachrichten kommen glaube ich an Bereiche von 0,50 - 0,60 Euro. Das entspricht dann in etwa Marktkapitalisierungen ähnlicher Explorer.
Was mich hier auch beruhigt ist der Investor bei 0,42 CAD.
Allein weiterhin viel Glück.

The engagement is for 12 months of services, with amounts payable as follows: $100,000 (U.S.) on acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange, $100,000 (U.S.) within three months, $100,000 (U.S.) within six months and $100,000 (U.S.) within nine months. Subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance, the activities will commence January 2023, and are for a period of one year.
Wer jetzt aussteigt oder eben nicht einsteigt ist selber schuld. :)

Namensänderung bzw. Umstellung
In dem Schreiben steht ja, dass man nix machen muss. Bedeute also, dass sich das in meinem Depot "selbst" ändert? Und wann? Weil unter der alten ISIN geht ja nun nix mehr. Werden ja hier bei Finanzen auch keine Kurse mehr angezeigt.
Und wenn man nach der neuen ISIN Nummer schaut gibt es als Börsenplatz nur Kanada und USA!?
