SunPower werde die Ergebnisse des Geschäftsjahres 2009 voraussichtlich Ende Januar veröffentlichen. Bei der Société Générale gehe man davon aus, dass sich in den Zahlen die gute Entwicklung im Solarmarkt widerspiegeln werde. Man rechne für 2009 mit einem bereinigten EPS von 0,54 USD (KGV: 47,8). Für das Jahr 2010 kalkuliere man mit einem EPS-Anstieg auf 1,52 USD (KGV: 17,0).
Der Anteilschein von SunPower habe rund 20% an Wert eingebüßt, nachdem am 17. November bekannt geworden sei, dass es zu Buchhaltungsfehlern bei der asiatischen Tochtergesellschaft gekommen sei. Nach Ansicht der Société Générale sei der Anteilschein zu hart abgestraft worden. Gemessen am EV/EBIT-Multiple für 2010 werde die SunPower-Aktie derzeit mit einem Abschlag von 45% zu den europäischen und US-amerikanischen Wettbewerbern gehandelt. Warum wird diese Firma weiterhin so abgestraft? Die Bilanzierungsprobleme sollten wir meiner Meinung nach hinter uns gelassen haben. Die Subventionskürzungen in D können eigentlich auch nicht der Grund sein. Analystenmeinungen sind auch nicht negativ. Wieso kommt der Kurs hier nicht nachhaltig wieder auf die Beine?

ganz schön Zeit mit den Zahlen! Also entweder kommt da jetzt mal Klarheit rein, was die Unstimmigkeit der Zahlen anbetrifft und dann kommt das Gap-Up oder hier ist doch was im Argen!
Es wäre mal Zeit hier Anleger zu beruhigen, was macht das denn für einen Eindruck! Ist immerhin schon über 2 Monate her!

Als, Trockenpulver ist vorhanden. Mal sehen,was geht! Ist ja zu verlockend, obwohl ja auch SW ganz schön billig ist heute!
Ich denke, ich warte noch ein paar Tage und vielleicht werde in doch untreu und kauf nochmal Solari-Aktien ;)

SunPower has sufficient cash to close the transaction and does not intend to raise equity capital to finance the acquisition.
