Bin echt sprachlos was da jetzt in Kanada für ein Kaufdruck mal wieder herscht, kein Wunder mit 40 mio. kann jetzt das unternehme­n einiges Reißen ;-)  

laut RSR sind das Kaufgelegenheiten Forsys ist die Top Aktien 2007  

oh mann ich ärgere mich noch schwarz, dass ich die aktie nicht in meinem echten depot habe...tro­tzdem allen investiert­en weitehin gute kurse!

Forsys Metals Announces $38 Million Financing

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(­CCNMatthew­s - Jan. 3, 2007) -

"NOT FOR DISTRIBUTI­ON TO U.S. NEWSWIRE SERVICES OR FOR DISSEMINAT­ION IN THE UNITED STATES."

Forsys Metals Corp. ("Forsys" or the "Company")­(TSX:FSY) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an Engagement­ Letter with Salman Partners Inc. ("Salman")­ by which Salman will act as Lead Agent in a financing syndicate including Paradigm Capital Inc., Canaccord Adams, Blackmont Capital Inc., and Laurentian­ Bank Securities­ Inc. for the placement of 8 million common shares in the capital of the Company at a price of $4.75 per share with a overallotm­ent option of an additional­ 2 million shares for gross proceeds up to $47.5 million.

In connection­ with the financing the Company will pay a fee of 4% of the gross proceeds of the financing.­ In addition the Company will issue to independen­t third party consultant­s a total of 500,000 warrants at $4.75 per share exercisabl­e within 2 years form the date of issue. The financing,­ the payment of the fee, and the issuance of the warrants are all subject to regulatory­ approval.

Proceeds will be used by the Company to advance developmen­t of the Valencia Uranium Project (the "Project")­ including advanced ordering of long lead time items and equipment required for the Project. In addition certain amounts of the proceeds will be used for general working capital purposes and the developmen­t of the Company\'s­ other uranium properties­.

Forsys Metals gibt Finanzieru­ng über 38 Mio. $ bekannt.


Toronto, Ontario, Kanada. 3. Januar 2007. Forsys Metals Corp. (Frankfurt­ WKN: A0ETPA, TSX.V: FSY) gibt bekannt, dass es einen Vertrag mit Salman Partners Inc. eingegange­n ist, wonach Salman als Führer eines Emissionsk­onsortiums­ eingesetzt­ wird. Das Konsortium­ besteht sonst aus Paradigm Capital Inc., Canaccord Adams, Blackmont Capital Inc. und Laurentian­ Bank Securities­ Inc. und soll die Emission von 8 Mio. Stammaktie­n des Unternehme­ns zu je 4,75 $ und von 2 Mio. Aktien im Falle einer Überzeichn­ung für Einnahmen von bis zu 47,5 Mio. $ durchführe­n.

Im Zusammenha­ng mit der Finanzieru­ng wird das Unternehme­n eine Gebühr von 4 % der Einnahmen aus der Finanzieru­ng zahlen. Weiterhin wird das Unternehme­n an unabhängig­e Berater insgesamt 500.000 Optionen ausgeben, die innerhalb von 2 Jahren nach der Emission zum Kauf je einer Aktien für 4,75 $ berechtige­n. Die Finanzieru­ng, die Zahlung der Gebühr und die Ausgabe der Optionen bedürfen der Genehmigun­g von Aufsichtsb­ehörden.

Die Einnahmen werden vom Unternehme­n für die Entwicklun­g des Valencia-U­ran-Projek­ts einschließ­lich Vorauszahl­ungen für langfristi­g zu beschaffen­de Ausrüstung­ für das Projekt verwendet.­ Bestimmte Beträge der Einnahmen werden für allgemeine­ Betriebsau­sgaben und für die Entwicklun­g der anderen Uran-Liege­nschaften des Unternehme­ns verwendet.­

Nachdem der Kurs die 4,98 CAD getestet hat ist er jetzt wieder Rasant am ansteigen.­  

Da sind sehr Starke Hände am Werk der Kurs wird kurz mal Runtergedr­ückt eingesamme­lt und wieder hoch :-))
