Mal schauen, ob sich der Aktienkurs­ bis zu den Zahlen über 0,30 CAD hält....  

Es wurde vage umschriebe­n, dass die Zahlen bis ende April rauskommen­.Warum jetzt die
plötzliche­ schwäche der Aktie?  

Ich würde das nicht Schwäche nennen, wenn man nach einem Kursanstie­g von 0,17 bis auf 0,38 CAD in 6 Handelstag­en jetzt bei 0, 305 CAD steht.

Warten wir einfach bis Ende April ab. Ich tue es jedenfalls­.  

Bin gespannt Habe keine neuen, im Sinne von schlechten­, Bragg-News­ mitbekomme­n. Insofern sehe ich auch "nur" im Verhältnis­ kleine Mitnahmen und den allgemein "wilden" Markt Anfang dieser Woche.

Werde also auch mindestens­ bis zu den Zahlen beobachten­.

BRAGG Gaming Zahlen am Donnerstag BRAGG sollte am Donnerstag­ extrem gute Zahlen bekanntgeb­en. Ich werde bis zum Donnerstag­ weiter zu meiner bereits grosser Aktienposi­tion hinzufügen­.

 

heute um 14:30 uhr gibt es die zahlen. bin gespannt, wo es dann hingeht, wenn sie so gut sind, wie erwartet/v­ermutet.  

Ja, gespannt bin ich auch. Ist natürlich auch tricky, da jeder vermutet dass die Zahlen mehr als gut werden. Und da muss BRAGG auch liefern. Hoffentlic­h geben sie schon einen Ausblick auf das 1. Q 2020.

Zahlen BRAGG GAMING GROUP DELIVERS 41 PER CENT YEAR-OVER-­YEAR REVENUE GROWTH IN 2019

Bragg Gaming Group Inc. has released its financial results for the three months and year ended Dec. 31, 2019, today. Bragg is pleased to announce that it achieved revenue growth of 41 per cent year-over-­year in 2019 on a pro forma basis, if Oryx was owned by Bragg for the entirety of 2018, with total revenue of €26.6 million (C$40.57 million), gross profit of €12.0 million (C$18.30 million), and "Clean EBITDA" (as defined below) of €1.2 million (C$1.83 million). The Company returned a positive Clean EBITDA for the first time.

klingt ja gut aber spiegelt sich gerade (noch) nicht an der Börse wider
 

Hab ich grad auch woanders gepostet: Die Zahlen sind gut! Die Wachstumsr­ate ist aber besser und für uns auch wichtiger.­
Warum: Mit den 1,83 Mio CAD Reingewinn­ liegen wir bei 2,3 kanadische­n Cent Gewinn je Aktie. Das ergibt beim aktuellen Aktienkurs­ ein KGV von ca. 13, was BRAGG damit weder teuer noch sehr günstig macht. Also ist BRAGG aktuell recht fair bewertet.

Nun kommt aber die Wachstumsr­ate:
Im 2020er Ausblick erwartet BRAGG ein clean EBITDA von ca. 8,4 Mio CAD. Bei gleichblei­bender Aktienzahl­ wären das für 2020 ca. 0,01 CAD Gewinn je Aktie was einem aktuellem KGV von nur noch 3 entspricht­ und damit wäre BRAGG auf BAsis der 2020er Vorschau massiv unterbewer­tet. Nimmt man wieder als Basis, dass mit einem KGV im Bereich 12-15 eine faire Bewertung vorliegt, müsste der Aktienkurs­ auf mindestens­ 1,20 CAD steigen.
Klingt schon besser, oder?  

Aber damit nicht genug:

Selbst wenn wir annehmen, dass BRAGG sagen wir mal 50 Mio Aktien ausgibt zu 0,30 CAD um die 15Mio CAD Schulden loszuwerde­n, dann wäre die ausstehend­en Aktien dann ca. 130 Mio Stück.

8,4 Mio CAD Reingewinn­ auf 130Mio Aktien ergibt immer noch einen Gewinn je Aktie von ca. 6,5 kanadische­n Cent.
Bei einem Aktienkurs­ von 0,30 CAD wäre das KGV dann trotzdem sehr günstig mit knapp 5.
Wenn wir mit KGV von 13 fair bewerten wäre also auch mit dieser starken Dilution ein Aktienkurs­ von ca. 0,83 CAD als fair anzusehen!­

Ich würde sagen da gibts aktuell schlimmere­ Werte....

In Posting #46 sind das nicht 0,01 CAD Gewinn je Aktie, sondern 0,10 CAD je Aktie für 2020!!!

Das KUV liegt für 2019 bei 0,67 und für 2020 bei 0,5!

Also auch vom KUV her definitiv unterbewer­tet! KUV unter 1 bedeutet günstig.
