Lustig ist aber schon, dass vor dem Reverse Split viel weniger Aktien gehandelt wurden als jetzt, obwohl jetzt nur noch "offiziell" 1/10 der Aktien auf dem Markt ist...

von mir und vielen deutschen zu sein.

es scheint so zu sein, dass die jetzt aktien auf den markt werfen und gleich alles zum schrottpreis kaufen. die dilutieren wahrscheinlich nochmal um ihre aktien wandeln zu können.
somit haben die einen rs auf unsere kosten vollzogen und zuerst richtig dilutiert (ebenfalls auf unsere kosten) jetzt ist in deutschland alles still und jetzt gehts richtig ab.
bin gespannt was die in den nächsten tagen und wochen für meldungen bringen. wahrscheinlich brauchen die nur den ölhahn aufdrehen und es sprudelt in mengen die sich halt bei dem ölpreis auszahlen.
somit hätte mein gefühl bei der aktie gestimmt. zu solchen ölpreisen und den neuen technologien kann so ein modell meiner meinung nach durchaus funktionieren.
wenns so ist, wurde ich nicht nur doppelt sondern hundertfach verarscht.

With revenues from its Coalbed Methane Field in Miami County, Kansas continuing to advance, Heartland Oil and Gas Corp. (OTC BB: HTOG) (FWB: HOCA) is expecting to soon double its production from this field with the completion of Heartland's 18,000 foot pipeline expansion project and the subsequent connection of 12 additional wells.
As demonstrated by the chart, since its acquisition by Universal Property Development and Acquisition Corporation (OTC BB: UPDV), Heartland's gross revenue on production in Kansas has steadily increased and more than doubled to $110,729 in just 12 months.
In addition to this increasing revenue, Heartland's pipeline expansion will connect to 12 CBM wells Heartland previously drilled and which production testing indicates will double the current output from this field. The pipeline will also open many more acres to additional drilling activity.
"We expect to have the 8 inch main completed by the end of the week," reports Susie Glaze, Operations Manager of Heartland's prime contractor, Aztec Well Services, Inc., another UPDA subsidiary. "The pipe will be in the ground, buried, four road crossings made, 2 creek crossings and the 8 inch pipe will be hooked into the 12 inch main. The pipeline will be stubbed out at the salt water disposal well location and we intend to go directly back to the SWD well and take it down another 100-200 ft. with a smaller drill bit. We currently have the SWD well down to 1000 feet and it has been cased with 5 1/2" production pipe and cemented in. We expect to have the SWD well done by the end of the next week and then start moving tanks so we can turn on the production wells."
"The production increases we have been able to achieve from the existing wells are quite remarkable," commented Heartland Spokesman Jack Baker. "And the numbers we have seen so far from the new wells are very encouraging. With the completion of the pipeline and connection of these 12 wells, we expect to double our production again and we can continue to drill new wells on the vast acreage accessible along the three miles of new pipeline. We are very optimistic that our revenue growth will accelerate at an even higher rate as we go forward with our plans."

heute sind eher die kleinen dran. am anfang war das volumen noch hoch danach gings mit minitrades weiter.
als minitrades sehe ich da alles unter 1 mil. stück an.
interessant wird die letzte viertelstunde und wie es morgen weitergeht.
die zocken alle ab im größten maße.
wenn meine annahme stimmt, wurde zw. .0014 und .003 dollar
danach waren wohl eher die lemminge unterwegs.

Ich vermute, dass UPDV weiter steigen wird ,da UPDV ja auch von den steigenden Umsätzen bzw. Gewinn von HTOG profitiert. (siehe NEWS von heute,weiter unten)
Vieleicht gibts ja ne Rally wie bei Quest Minerals ? Das wäre das i-Tüpfelchen. Die Chancen stehen meiner Meinung nach gut,da heute in USA fast 100 Millionen Aktien gehandelt wurden.

upda ist keine normale aktie
sondern der spielball einer wenigen.
eigentlich sollte es ja nur 120 mil. aktien im handel geben.
200 mil. noch vielleicht dazu.
jeder von uns hat wahrschienlich eine 6 stellige anzahl und behält diese auch.

ich glaub ich brauch nicht zu schreiben, was durch dilution an geld gemacht wurde.
wo ist die ganze kohle??
wer haut die hohe anzahl an shares hin und her.
da können ein paar mm mit wenigen stücken und trades kurssprünge erreichen, da würden wir nur so staunen.
wie ich schon vor monaten geschrieben habe, das ganze ist undurchsichtig und ich wette keiner von uns kann die struktur von udpv htog cful durchschauen.
wie partizipiert updv an htog

geschweige das tägliche geschäft ist durchsichtig.
