China Fair Land Holdings announced that it is in preliminar­y considerat­ion to dispose of interest in properties­ or interest in company holding properties­ in mainland China.

There can be no assurance that the disposal will proceed, the company stressed.

Save for the said matter, the company is not aware of any reasons for the recent increase in the price and trading volume of its shares. The stock closed yesterday at $0.66, up 32%, with turnover amounted to $1.34 million.
