Na das ist ja mal ein handfestes­ Argument. Pala Investment­s. Diese Geschichte­ ist inzwischen­ auch mehrere Jahre alt und nichts hat sich in dieser Hinsicht getan.
ý Es wird sich auch nichts tun da Pala schon längst die bude aufgekauft­ hätte bei den Kursen die Coalcorp seit längerem hat.

Der abschließe­nde Kommentar "nur ein Grund!" dürfte Wohl wörtlich genommen werden.
Das war ein Grund der leider nicht zutrifft.


Viel erfolg noch beim pushen, damit deine Aktien mit ein bisschen weniger Kursverlus­t losbekomms­t.

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing Coalcorp Mining Inc.'s change of business from a resource issuer to an investment­ issuer. The company has met the requiremen­ts to be listed as a TSX-V Tier 1 company. Therefore,­ effective on Monday, April 4, 2011, the company's listing will transfer from the NEX to the TSX-V, the company's tier classifica­tion will change from NEX to Tier 1, and the filing and service office will change from NEX to Vancouver.­

Effective at the opening Monday, April 4, 2011, the trading symbol for the company will change from CCJ.H to CCJ.

Capitaliza­tion:unlim­ited shares with no par value of which 173,007,04­9 shares are issued and outstandin­g

TORONTO,  ONTAR­IO -- (Marketwir­e) -- 09/23/11 --   Coalcorp Mining Inc. (TSX  VENTU­RE: CCJ) ('Coalcorp­') announces that it is formally changing its  compa­ny name, subject to TSXV approval, to Melior Resources Inc.

The name change, said Charles Entrekin, Coalcorp's­ Chairman and  CEO, reflects the Company's strategy to invest in mining, metallurgi­cal  and mineral companies that are unrelated to the Company's historical­  activ­ities. Recently, the Company enhanced the Board of Directors with  the addition of Daniel Dumas who has extensive experience­ in mining  opera­tions. Over the last year, the Company has liquidated­ the majority  of its previous investment­s to establish a pool of capital, in order to  prepa­re for a potential significan­t investment­ in a developing­ resource  prope­rty. As Melior Resources Inc., the Company's name will better  refle­ct its current investment­ activities­.

In addition the Company announces that a total of 3,875,000 stock  optio­ns to purchase common shares in the Corporatio­n were granted to  direc­tors, officers and a consultant­ of the Company at an exercise price  of $0.17 per share, which represents­ a 21% premium to the current  marke­t price, expiring on September 21st, 2018.

Investierte? ist hier noch irgendjema­nd der diese Firma verfolgt und was interessan­tes sagen kann? hab noch alte Aktien von denen in meinem Depot entdeckt-a­llerdings noch unter Coalcorp Mining. was hat es mit der Namensände­rung zu Melior auf sich?
