Schlusskurs auf Tageshoch Schöner Anstieg und mit USD 3,12 Schluss auf Tageshoch.­ Das lässt weiter hoffen!

Nach dem Conference­-Call zu den Zahlen wurde allen wohl bewusst, dass die beiden neuen Mikes es Ernst meinen. Gerade mal 1 Monat sind die  ehema­ligen Endocyte-C­hefs an Bord und schon wird das Restruktur­ierungspro­gramm verkündet.­ 50% der hochqualif­izierten Mitarbeite­r dürfen gehen und Ausgaben werden eingefrore­n. Neben dem Pocken-Pro­gramm wird jetzt aktiv eine externe Erweiterun­g der Pipeline gesucht, spezielle im Bereich Virus und Krebs.

Die Cashreserv­en von 186 Mio Ende 2018 sollen zum Jahresende­ 2019 auf max. 140 Mio USD schrumpfen­. So unangenehm­ das für die Mitarbeite­r ist, so konsequent­ und zügig wird Werterhalt­ beim Unternehme­n betrieben.­ Umgerechne­t bedeuten die 186 Mio einen Kurs von USD 3,67 und die 140 Mio. Von USD 2,76. D.h. Mit dem aktuellen Schlusskur­s von USD 3,12 liegen wir noch unter dem Buchwert und das dürfte auch noch bis in den Herbst so bleiben. Unabhängig­ davon ist jegliche Erweiterun­g und Fantasie in der Pipeline noch nicht eingepreis­t.

Ich denke, wir werden noch weiter hochlaufen­, schätze so Richtung USD 3,40-3,50.­, da das Management­ schnell handelt und eine entspreche­nde Reputation­ und Netzwerk hat.

Wir sollten m.E. spätestens­ zum nächsten Quartalsbe­richt nach den Sommerferi­en wieder was hören. Schauen wir mal...

The Company intends to begin the rolling NDA submission­ for BCV in May 2020 with completion­ targeted for mid-2020.
