Denial-of-service attacks are illegal in many countries and can be a federal crime in the US under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act. Penalties can include monetary fines and many years of imprisonment.
The site is currently being moved to a new server and will be back up shortly.
The Company is experiencing an unusual trading volume and we suspect the attack on the Company's website may have been undertaken by short sellers based on the recent trading activity.
The Company notes there has been a substantial increase in volume since the Company announced it has restructured its pending acquisition of the mineral concessions in Chile. Neither the Company nor its officers and directors are aware of any investor relations activity on behalf of the Company other than the news releases and filings disseminated by the Company that may be the cause of this recent volume and price increase. The Company encourages anyone interested in investing, or learning more about the Company to review the Company's filings with The Securities and Exchange Commission on SEDAR and/or EDGAR. SWVI had a very healthy consolidation today with a support formation in the 25 cents area. After rising over 70% yesterday, a small retrace was expected as profit takers and daytraders close their positions.
Members that are still sitting on the sideline should definitely take a look at SWVI today before it starts running again. We believe that next week will be huge for this company as more investors will read and research on SWVI during the weekend.
We are very confident that SWVI is about to impress the market and has a lot more juice in the tank. Copper stocks have been hot lately with recent hostile takeovers in the billions.
