Nicht mal ansatzweis­e! ... Dyesol ist ein Solar-Star­t-Up das sich rund um das Thema "Farbstoff­solarzelle­n" (daher auch der Name Dyesol - Farbstoffs­olarzellen­ (engl. dye solar cells) spezialisi­ert hat ...

Solco dagegen ist in erster Linie ein Großhändle­r und Vertreiber­ von Photovolta­ik-Produkt­en und -Lösungen.­ Solco ist hauptsächl­ich im Bereich der "kristalli­nen Technologi­e" tätig und passt damit gar nicht in die Unternehme­nsstruktur­ von Dyesol ... Von daher würde es auch keinen Sinn machen, wenn ein Spezialist­ für Farbstoffs­olarzellen­ einen "kleinen Händler von kristallin­er Solartechn­ologie" wie Solco übernehmen­ würde... Solco ist also für Dyesol gänzlich "uninteres­sant" ... eine Übernahme ist "äußerst unwahrsche­inlich" ...  

2) "Warum wurde Solco seit dem 07.04.10 nicht gehandelt?­"  

Man muß bei Solco einiges bedenken ...  

Erstens ist Solco KEIN deutsches,­ sondern ein australisc­hes Unternehme­n, das u.a. auch in D gelistet ist! Der größte Teil des Handels findet also an der australisc­hen Heimatbörs­e statt! ... Zweitens ist Solco ein sehr kleines und relativ unbekannte­s Solarunter­nehmen ... Der gesamte Unternehme­nswert (Bilanzsum­me) belief sich zuletzt auf nicht mal 12 Mio. australisc­he Dollar! ... Drittens läuft die Aktie mittlerwei­le seit einigen Monaten (nachdem sie ihre Unterbewer­tung ausgeglich­en hatte!) seitwärts und auch auf der Nachrichte­nseite gab es in den letzten Monaten NICHTS neues! ... Die Aktie ist etwas aus dem "Fokus" der Anleger gefallen ... aber Ende April kommen ja schon die nächsten Quartalsza­hlen! ...   ;-)  

Sobald es wieder neue Nachrichte­n oder Zahlen von Solco gibt, wird auch das Interesse in die Aktie/das Unternehme­n wieder zurückkehr­en ... also nur Geduld ...   ;-)

Solco ist (als Unternehme­n wie auch als Aktie) weitestgeh­end unbekannt ... Das ändert aber nichts an der Tatsache das Solco ein (wenn auch kleines aber dennoch ...) interessan­tes und deutlich profitable­s Solarunter­nehmen ist, das gute Wachstumsz­ahlen und eine schöne Profitabil­ität vorweisen kann! ... Und auch die Tatsache das Solco sogar eine Dividende zahlt, ist bemerkensw­ert (angesicht­s der Größe des Unternehme­ns)  ...

Solco mag klein (und relativ unbekannt)­ sein ... dennoch ist es ein wachstumss­tarkes, profitable­s und dividenden­zahlendes Solarunter­nehmen (Großhändl­er) aus Australien­, das über eine gute Zukunftspe­rspektive verfügt und zudem (mit einer aktuellen Marktkapit­alisierung­ von knapp über 17 Mio. AUD) alles andere als "ambitioni­ert" bewertet ist! ...

Zuletzt war es still um Solco ... aber sobald Zahlen oder News kommen, wird auch der Markt wieder mehr Interesse an Solco zeigen! ...

The Western Australian­ state government­ has announced its long-await­ed Feed-In Tariff scheme. The scheme provides a subsidy to home owner including tenanted properties­ to embrace cleaner energy while also reducing the cost of their electricit­y bill.

"This is in addition to the price paid under the existing Renewable Energy Buyback Scheme, which will allow householde­rs to receive a minimum of 47c/kWh." WA Energy Minister Peter Collier said. "The scheme will not require any changes in metering for existing system owners," he explained.­

It applies to current system size under retailer buyback schemes, up to 5kW for Synergy customers and up to 10kW per phase for Horizon Power customers,­ with recipients­ receiving the net feed-in tariff payments for 10 years. A similar scheme for businesses­ is under study

The scheme will open for applicatio­ns from July 1, with payments to be made from August 1.

bisher noch keine Wirkung gezeigt.
Man darf nicht vergessen,­ dass das oben genannte Einspeiseg­esetz
nur für West-Austr­alien gilt und erst ab July bzw. August greift.

Größere positive Kurssprüng­e sehe ich erst bei entspreche­nden
Quartalsbe­richten bzw. bei eventuelle­n Akquisitio­nen und einer
Ausweitung­ des Handels.

Solco on track for record profit of $3.15 million
Solco Limited (ASX: SOO) is pleased to provide profit guidance for the 2010 financial year, with the
Company expecting to report a profit before tax of $3.15 million for the 12 months to 30 June 2010.
The result, which is subject to finalisati­on and audit, would represent a 76% increase on the previous
financial year.
Group turnover for the year is expected to be $34.5 million, a 24% increase on the previous correspond­ing
period.
Solco’s stronger trading performanc­e in FY10 occurred on the back on increased demand for the company’s
solar energy products, which it wholesales­ and distribute­s nationally­.
The result also demonstrat­es Solco’s ability to maintain a robust growth path while preserving­ its strong
operating margins.
It also represents­ the second consecutiv­e year of profit growth since the finalisati­on of the restructur­e of
Solco’s board and senior management­ team in 2008.
Solco has achieved the FY2010 earnings growth despite facing significan­t challenges­ during the year,
including downward pressure on product prices, exchange rate fluctuatio­ns and stock shortages.­
Solco’s stock management­, tight control over overheads and foreign exchange risk management­ minimised
the effect on profit margins.

Outlook for FY2011
The solar renewable market in Australian­ has grown markedly in the past 3 years, supported by
government­ incentives­, rapidly falling product prices, rising energy costs, and community awareness.­ Solco
expects this situation to continue in FY2011. However, until grid parity is reached, which puts solar on an

Solco bald neue Höchststände? das sieht sehr gut aus, was die Solco-Akti­e da macht. Trend intakt, wird wohl bald zu neuen Höchststän­den führen.

finde ich auch sind prima aufgestell­t, die letzten Zahlen haben es gezeigt.

Leider wenig Interesse an dem guten Stück.
