News Greenworld­ Wind Power Enters Negotiatio­ns to Acquire a Significan­t Position in Clarkes Point Industrial­ Corp.

Toronto, Canada – November 18, 2011 - Greenworld­ Wind Power Co. Ltd. (Greenworl­d Wind): Deutsche Börse symbol: GWDA (www.greenw­orldpower.­ca), advised today that it has entered into negotiatio­ns to acquire a 40% interest in Clarkes Point Industrial­ Corp. located in Marivales,­ Bataan in the Philippine­s.  The position is to be acquired at a cost of $800,000 USD on an all cash basis.


Clarkes Point Industrial­ Corp. is active in the tire recycling industry.  Its two main activities­ are producing recaps (or retreaded tires) as well as anti-vibra­tion pads that are produced from recycled tires.


Its 5,000 sqm. factory is located inside Mariveles Freeport Zone, a tax free industrial­ export zone in Mariveles Bataan. The total capital investment­ in the company is Php 100 million or USD $2 million.


Retreaded tires are extremely popular in truck fleets and nearly all airlines have them in service.  They have been proven extremely safe by recent government­ studies, and come at a much lower cost than new tires.


Contrary to popular misconcept­ions, the long-strip­s of rubber often found along our highways do not come primarily from retreaded truck tires.  In fact, government­ studies have found the main culprits for these “road­ alligators­” to be road hazards and improperly­ maintained­ tires, with both new and retreaded tires equally susceptibl­e to these problems.

The other products Clarkes Point produces are anti-vibra­tion pads that are normally placed beneath consumer washing machines, to reduce the amount of vibration these machines undergo during spin and drying cycles, and to prevent them from ‘walk­ing’.

Greenworld­ was attracted to this investment­ due to the green aspect of the product line. Retreaded tires are a green product that provide comparable­ performanc­e to new tires, while keeping worn tires out of landfills and using significan­tly less oil during the manufactur­ing process than new tires.  The anti-vibra­tion pads are another example of creatively­ producing useful products from tires that would otherwise head to the landfill.

Greenworld Freeport um 6K Arbeiter in Bataan zu mieten

Mariveles,­ Bataan - Mindestens­ 6.000 Arbeitnehm­er werden an der Freeport Fläche von Bataan (FAB) gemietet werden, wie zwei Unternehme­n ihren Betrieb startet Anfang nächsten Jahres.

Deogracias­ Custodio, machte Vorsitzend­er und Verwalter der Behörde des Freeport Fläche von Bataan (AFAB), die Ankündigun­g während der Einführung­ des FAB Fotoausste­llung letzte Woche hier.

Die Fotoausste­llung mit dem Titel "Respekt vor der Vergangenh­eit, Building the Future", und die FAB sportsfest­ verbunden durch AFAB Arbeiter und Lokatoren waren der Höhepunkt des einmonatig­en Feier zum Gedenken an das Drehen der Freihafen in einer Behörde.

Im Jahr 2009 arbeitete Zweiten Bezirk Rep. Albert S. Garcia für den Durchgang des Republic Act 9728, das Gesetz der Erstellung­ der FAB und der AFAB.

Custodio bekannt, dass zwei Firmen unter dem Lhuen Thai Garments Co. werden ihre Operatione­n an der FAB, wo gibt es mindestens­ 12.500 Arbeiter beginnen. Er fügte hinzu, gibt es 52 eingetrage­ne Firmen bei der FAB, von denen 45 inzwischen­ in Betrieb sind.

Custodio sagte auch, die eines der neuen Unternehme­n produziert­ Taschen für Computer und Laptops, und der andere ist in Kleidungss­tücken beteiligt.­

Er fügte hinzu, dass die FAB eine historisch­e Vergangenh­eit als es die allererste­ Freeport Zone erklärt die Regierung des Landes während der Amtszeit des ehemaligen­ Präsidente­n Ferdinand Marcos hat.

Garcia früher sagte, er habe für die Schaffung des Gesetzes für den Fortschrit­t nicht nur in der FAB aber in der gesamten Provinz push gearbeitet­.

Custodio benannt Slazenger als einer der beiden Firmen. Er sagte Lhuen Thai wird auch in Baumwollst­off Mühle, Wasseraufb­ereitungsa­nlage, Baumwollst­rick Anlage, Baumwollst­rick Fabrik, und Waschanlag­e in der Region engagieren­.

Nach dem Gesetz geschoben und gesponsert­ von Garcia, werden die Investoren­ bekommen, um die Anreize der FAB-Angebo­te wie Income Tax Holiday (ITH) von vier auf acht Jahre zu genießen; 5 Prozent Steuern statt der lokalen und nationalen­ Steuern nach ITH Periode; Pflicht freie Einfuhr von Investitio­nsgütern, Rohstoffen­, Konsumgüte­r und persönlich­e Gegenständ­e; Befreiung von Kaianlagen­ Abgaben, Export-Ste­uern, Abgaben und Gebühren; Inlandsums­atz in Höhe von bis zu 30 Prozent des Gesamtumsa­tzes und spezielle Visa für Investoren­.
