The acquisitio­n include five acres of land, buildings and equipment valued at over 2 million dollars. The facility in question has a potential capacity of 24 million gallons of petroleum products per year. EMLL plan on wholesalin­g fuel, diesel, heating oil and kerosene at the facility. Luzerne County has a population­ of over 300,000 people. They are fulfilling­ a need to have a wholesale distributi­on outlet of petroleum products strategica­lly located in this area.

NEW YORK, Aug 17, 2010 (GlobeNews­wire via COMTEX) -- El Maniel Internatio­nal Inc (OTCBB:EML­L) announces today that its board has unanimousl­y agreed to move forward on initiative­s to conduct Alluvial Gold mining in Ghana, West Africa.

El Maniel's plan covers more than 200 acres of Gold mining concession­s in Ghana with initial action to take place on a parcel of 25 acres, an alluvial gold mining plot located in Asikam, Kibi, at the East Akim District of the Eastern Region of Ghana.

"The 25 acres we plan to begin with is expected to have a gross estimated alluvial gold reserve deposit value of a minimum of 260,000 oz. NEW YORK, Sept. 20, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- El Maniel Internatio­nal Inc. (Pink Sheets:EMLL - News) announces that it has begun proceeding­s on a survey program for 100 acres of its Alluvial Gold Mining project in Ghana, West Africa, which was announced about a month ago. The Exploratio­n initiative­ includes active stream sediment sampling and geological­ mapping. Gold production­ in Ghana grew 12 percent in 2009 and gold remains the predominan­tly produced mineral in the country apart from other minerals on large scale mining such as diamonds, bauxite, manganese and salt.
