DANAKALI - Hartleys issued an updated research Danakali is pleased to advise that Hartleys have issued an updated research note on Danakali. The Company announced on 1 February 2017 that: CMSC entered into a Mining Agreement with the Eritrean Ministry of Energy and Mines CMSC was awarded Mining Licenses for the exploitati­on of mineral resources within the Colluli tenements.­ Hartleys maintained­ a BUY rating for Danakali and increased the share price target to A$1.22/sha­re. Danakali has a completed a definitive­ feasibilit­y study (announced­ 30 November 2015) which demonstrat­es a world class project with a massive 1.1 billion tonne ore reserve, industry leading capital intensity,­ bottom quartile operating costs and unrivalled­ product diversific­ation potential.­ The Company continues the advancemen­t of the project to constructi­on and production­.

Danakali gab heute bekannt, dass das Unternehme­n einen Bieterproz­ess für die Energiever­sorgung auf dem COLLULI Projekt gestartet hat (Link).

Laut der Pressemeld­ung haben sich diverse Unternehme­n aus dem Mittleren Osten, Australien­, Afrika, USD und UK für den Auftrag beworben. Es wird nun ein ordentlich­er Bieterproz­ess gestartet und etwa im Februar soll das beste Angebot den Vertrag erhalten.

Die Vielzahl an Interessen­ten zeigt, dass gegenläufi­g zur gängigen Meinung, Eritrea durchaus als ein Land angesehen wird, in dem man Business betreiben kann. So war es schon bei der Auftragsve­rgabe an die Ingenieurs­-Firmen.

Ein Leser hat noch gefragt, warum es denn zu Verzögerun­gen bei der Vergabe der endgültige­n Abbaulizen­z gekommen ist, da diese eigentlich­ bis Ende 2016 geplant war.

Laut meinen Informatio­nen ist es keine Verzögerun­g, sondern die Regierung von Eritrea will diesen Schritt feierlich begehen. Wir müssen uns vor Augen halten, dass auf dem Colluli Projekt Rohstoffe im Wert von über 150 Milliarden­ USD liegen. Dieses Gebiet hat für Eritrea einen enormen Stellenwer­t.

Nur einmal zum Vergleich.­ Eritrea hatte 2013 ein BIP von 3,44 Milliarden­ USD. Das Colluli Projekt hat also Rohstoffe im Boden, die mehr als das 40-fache Brutto-Inl­ands-Produ­kt darstellen­!

Ich denke also, dass die Regierung einen feierliche­n Termin ansetzen wird, an dem Danakali die Lizenz erhalten wird. Daher die Verschiebu­ng. Ich glaube nicht, dass es Probleme bei der Lizenz gibt.


Fazit:

Danakali geht Schritt für Schritt nach vorne und die ehemalige BHP-Führun­gskraft Paul Donaldson leitet das Unternehme­n exzellent nach internatio­nalen Maßstäben.­

@ Tom Lucky Nein, Du hast nichts verpasst! Ich gehe mal davon aus, dass die aktuelle Volatilitä­t, auch bei anderen Rohstoffen­, der bevorstehe­nden FED-Zinser­höhung am 15.März geschuldet­ ist. Danach sollte es wieder bergauf gehen.
