This question was related to the speculation of the Transfer Agent. I'll continue to keep our resident investigator's posts and send the more interesting ones to Bederra and see if I get better responses. updated: i also sent him several posts about the buyback.

Die Nachrichten und die Absichten des MAnagements sind meiner Meinung nach sehr gut...............aber die Art wie die MM`s BEDA im Griff haben ist echt zermürbend und macht es der BEDA im Moment unmöglich zu steigen..............vielleicht wollen sie sich aber auch nur selbst positionieren? wer weiß
ich finde aber die Richtung in die das Management BEDA entwickeln will sehr gut und werde auf alle Fälle drinn bleiben........es zeichnet sich aber ab das man hier noch ein bischen warten muss
langfristig eine Aktie mit sehr sehr viel Potential.........imo

I emailed Graham who stated that Financials are not due until Middle of May, not the end of this week. So we still have plenty of time here folks.
Secondly, he confirmed the float HAS changed, and that the numbers in the last PR were not accurate because like the PR said, it does not include the REPURCHASED shares
that were NOT YET transfered to the TA.
Graham: "we will be updating these again very soon"
So what we have here folks is confirmation of the true float change. To what, who knows. However those who are selling now are allowing others to buy in cheap. When they announce the financials, and new FLOAT, we will see the truth is what we all expected and we'll run like a bat out of hell.
Financials will tell us a lot of about the recent acquisitions, debt, and where we are cash wise. Plus it will update the share structure once again.
I'm standing strong here and loving the fact that some weak hands are leaving. It makes me feel even more confident about this investment
